All in hotel is great ! I traveled with my parents three years ago, this time I stayed here again with my husband. We enjoyed our stay this time as well> The lovely bear toy could be purchased and go home with us that was so sweet ! Especially our heartwarming front desk sister names Rauan who is so helpful and thoughtful, her working is also efficient and professional. Thank you all, thank you Rauan. The location is perfect, near to all the sightsee points and easy to board on trams, metros and buses. The cafe Louvre and cafe Imperial are all easy to go for enjoying the culture, the decorations and the great foods, drinks and sweets. Our stay this time is perfect.

The Perfect Stay in the Heart of Prague My wife and I had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Achmed, who greeted us with a huge smile and exceptional kindness. He took care of us throughout our entire stay, from check-in to check-out, making us feel at home and always making sure we had everything we needed. His service truly made a difference. The hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of Prague, in the middle of the main square. You simply couldn’t ask for a better location. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a modern and elegant style that creates a wonderful atmosphere. Our room was fantastic, offering every facility we could ask for, including excellent high-tech features that made our stay even more enjoyable. We loved every moment. The balcony was quiet and relaxing, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent. The only small improvement I would suggest is providing larger and thicker towels. The breakfast was also great, with everything we needed to start the day. If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in the heart of Prague and want to enjoy both an outstanding hotel and exceptional service, this is definitely the place to choose. I will certainly be back on my next visit to Prague. Thank you for everything! Johnny
I had to change 3 rooms. Room 1: Had insects/Beetles (I saw atleast 10. The manager in charge said, "These are from greenery and nature." Yeah no shit! All insects are from nature, that doesn't mean they should be in the room. The window was never opened to let “nature” in so maybe they just come with the room as add ons. They moved me to room 2. Room 2: The washroom had a smell of a men's public urinal. The manager, "Our hotel doesn't use perfume. We like to keep things natural." They offered to put perfume in the room but the room wasn't clean was the real issue. Moved to room 3. Room 3: by this point I felt I was auditing different rooms for them. The Japanese toilet didn't function. They sent a plumber/electrician who said the motor is broken. And at random hours of day and night the tv would make a sound without the display being turned on. At all times, I had just requested for a room without issues. Being polite doesn’t help. Compensation offer: They manager decided to offer €6 to be waived off from the city tax that I had to pay. I refused. Maybe she can use that €6 I refused to buy a perfume to mask the smell of urine in the room. Ps there was no voluntary room “upgrade”, they didn’t have any functional room to provide hence they give me the “best” available room which wasn’t any upgrade it was just a room without incest or smell of urine. No request was made by me for any financial compensation, all I had repeatedly requested was a clean/fully functioning room but the manager would make sure to twist a story here just like she did during my stay.
Upon arrival, I found a welcome note written in Arabic, which was a very thoughtful and personal touch from the hotel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. The bathrooms are transparent, but there is an option to close the curtains around them for privacy. For me, the highlight was definitely the Japanese smart toilets. The food was amazing with a wide variety of options, and they also offer complimentary snacks between 2 PM and 6 PM. The rooftop sky bar has a beautiful view overlooking the city and is definitely worth visiting. Ahmed at the reception is the go-to person if you need anything. The entire staff were friendly, welcoming, and very supportive throughout the stay. Highly recommended.
An absolutely outstanding stay at Pytloun Boutique Hotel Prague, and without doubt one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. If you value a hotel that communicates flawlessly and runs like clockwork, this is as good as it gets. Everything was effortlessly efficient from arrival to checkout, every query was answered instantly and with genuine care, and every request was anticipated before we even had to ask. The entire team is exceptional, but the relations manager, Zuzana, is in a class of her own. Her professionalism is simply second to none. She is warm, gracious, and remarkably precise, and it is clear she sets the tone for the whole hotel and keeps every member of staff performing at the very highest level. The attention to detail is faultless and nothing is ever too much trouble. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. A beautiful, polished, perfectly run boutique gem. Thank you, Zuzana and the entire team, for a truly memorable stay.
