I traveled with my girlfriend. We arrived around 10pm. Everything was nice, the service, the people, everything except the room cleaning. That's calls a user experience. When someone is coming, no matter what is the occasion they need to tell clients about how the cleaning works. I was surprised at first the room was clean, just a bit... I see tiny hair on the bed, around the sheets. anyways, the clean stuff didn't came up to clean the sheets and to change them at all. besides it, they cleaned the garbage and that's kind of it, the other parts of the room wasn't cleaned at all. I was in other hotels around Europe and every single hotel told me about how the cleaning part works and special if I have to tell the cleaners to switch to new sheets. Over all, room was nice and big as I ordered, also the lobby was nice with the service stuff and the bartenders.

Everything was superbe. From the amazing staff, the gorgeous room and the best location we could ask for. Close to all the best shopping stores, a lot of food options and easy transportation. We took the big suite and it was totally worth it. Huge room and very comfortable. The hotel is literally in the center of Prague. Would definitely go back again.

We had a wonderful stay at NYX Hotel! The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. We also enjoyed the excellent buffet breakfast, which offered a delicious variety of fresh food and plenty of choices. One of the things that truly stood out was their excellent customer service! A very special mention goes to Fardin, who was polite, accommodating, and incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay. From the moment we checked in, he patiently answered all our inquiries and assisted us with everything we needed. Even during check-out, when we were having difficulty booking a ride to the airport, he went out of his way to help us. Fardin’s warmth and outstanding service truly made our experience memorable. We highly recommend NYX Hotel and would gladly stay here again!

My mum and I had such a wonderful three nights at the Nyx Hotel; we absolutely loved it! The location was fantastic, the facilities were top-notch and the room was spotless, with everything we needed. Plus, the room was cleaned and the towels were replaced every day. We couldn’t have asked for anything more—it was all perfect. The staff were also very attentive and welcoming, allowing us to store our luggage when we arrived and also when we checked out before our flight in the evening.
