We stayed 3 nights at this hotel in mid September. Very convenient location. Walkable to old town square. Tram stop was 5 min walk. Kafka’s head & shopping center is 2 min walk. Complimentary breakfast was nice. Room was clean. We had an issue with ac in the room but the hotel fixed it right away. (Somehow it changed to heater during the day) My husband was happy to use the gym.

What an amazing hotel! We loved staying here this week. The hotel is very clean and air conditioned (including the rooms) which is a massive bonus especially in the extreme heatwaves Europe is experiencing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect, comfortable and clean. I was amazed that housekeeping happens every day, that was a nice bonus! The buffet breakfast here is amazing!! The best buffet breakfast in a hotel I’ve ever had - there’s so much variety and plenty of it, you won’t be disappointed. The hotel is very central to everything! You can easily walk to all the tourist spots but it is also close to tram and metro stations if you want to take public transport to places. It’s very close to two small mall type places within a very short walk across from the hotel, that has supermarkets, shops, an amazing arcade, Back in Time experience and very good food courts. One added lovely bonus was on the day we checked in - it was my husband’s birthday. We hadn’t told the hotel this information, but the lovely lady working at the reception desk must have spotted this detail when we gave her our ID. When we got to our room, within 5 minutes, a staff member delivered a sweet birthday card and a box of chocolates to our room! This was extremely thoughtful! We will definitely stay here again when we visit Prague again.
5 stars? Only in your dreams. When you book a ‘suite’ in a 5-star hotel that’s advertised as being ‘up to 60 square metres’, you have certain expectations. Here are the facts: the floor area of the “suite” is 3.5 x 5.5 square metres. As 7 square metres are taken up by the stairs, bathroom and entrance, that leaves 12 square metres for the living area. That’s the size of a prison cell, and that’s exactly what it feels like inside. The “upper floor” is about 14 square metres, though without windows – it’s more like a large loft bed. In total, these “suites” therefore have about 31 square metres of living space. “Up to 60” is thus effectively a deliberate deception of the customer. We would never have booked this for 6 days if a floor plan had been included. The breakfast is mediocre at best – nothing to look forward to. In the lounge, which is far too cold, a TV showing sport is on constantly. And unfortunately, a beer spa without a sauna, but with all-you-can-drink, does not do it for us. The service is friendly, the cleanliness is fine, and the location is excellent. And for the last 2 days, after asking several times, we were given what was probably the only suite that actually measured around 60 square metres, No. 602, right at the top. Hence, 3 stars.
The room itself is very nice, clean and promptly serviced every day. The location is hotel is very convenient. The service is TERRIBLE.. I booked reservation directly with hotel putting my AMEX card in that was accepted. When I went to check in person I was rudely informed they don’t accept American Express because they don’t pay the hotel and the clerk went onto berate me about AMEX. On their website it says they accept AMEX. I was told the room would be ready in an hour. We came back and the clerk acknowledged me. We sat down and waited twenty minutes. I asked if he could check on the room. He said it’s been ready. I replied oh did you not see us sitting here. We’re literally 15 ft in front of him. It is a small lobby. He said of course not I meet 100 people a day. When we checked out. Two clerks at the front. Didn’t ask me about my stay didn’t offer to print my invoice. Just looked at me and went back to whatever they were doing. One clerk’s boyfriend hangs around the front desk for part of each day she is there. I only noticed because she was more moderately courteous and he’s always standing next to here. I do not recommend this hotel.
Seamless Arrival and Service Finding the hotel was incredibly simple. The receptionist greeted us warmly in perfect English, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Our bags were promptly delivered straight to our room, allowing us to start exploring without any heavy lifting. Spacious and Premium Room The bedroom was spotlessly clean and tidy upon arrival. The high ceilings made the large room feel even more grand and airy. It was fully equipped with modern conveniences, including a coffee machine, a stocked fridge, and a high-definition Smart TV. Ultimate Comfort The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, keeping the room at an ideal temperature throughout our stay. Unbeatable Location and Breakfast You cannot beat this central location. It sits within easy walking distance of both the historic Old Town and the scenic river. Additionally, the included breakfast offered a fantastic, fresh selection that set us up perfectly for long days of sightseeing. Overall This is a good hotel in a great location for exploring Prague. The staff were efficient but not too friendly at times, especially when we were checking out but I guess everyone has a bad day.
