My wife picked this hotel for a quick two-day visit for us.
The location is amazing! You’re right in the middle of old town and have plenty of food options 30 seconds from your room.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable!!! Its steps away from the busy square but these steps allow for resting & recovering in a quiet room. The little plaza that the hotel sits in is super romantic: very European dream. >
The rooms are large, have great A/C, consistent water pressure & temperature, sound proof windows, and a historic esthetic. There is a small private hotel parking lot (paid) between the two buildings.
Despite all of the amazing attributes listed above, the team members are probably the best part of the hotel! They are genuinely kind and helpful!! Five stars all the way!!
The hotel has a prime location just off Old Town Square. There is no meal service but you can easily find food. You can easily walk to attractions such as The Charles Bridge. Staff is very helpful.
I stayed there few months ago, and it was an average experience, not to bad, not great.
What came afterwards it was awful. They charged my credit card for mini bar, few days after I stayed there. The problem was I never used anything from the minibar, actually I didn't even know there was one. Also, the coffee was charged, I had no problem with paying that, but I was also charged more than I used.
When complaining by email, I was accused of being a liar and offended by some lady that pretended to be the manager. What actually happened was that the room was not prepared properly. They (hopefully) changed sheets and towels but never bothered to check the rest of the room. So because I trusted that they were doing their job I got to be overcharged for a room that was actually not ready to receive guests.
They eventually offered to pay me back but never did. They claimed my card was closed and some other lies.
So ... nice location, bad management. Take pictures of the room, make sure it is clean and well prepared. Be ready to be cheated at one point. I didn't pursue this legally because the cost was nothing compared to the budget I spend on that trip...but still, cheating is cheating.
