I would like to share our outstanding experience at Mandarin Oriental, Prague. My sincere appreciation goes first to Mr. John Kitchens, General Manager, whose leadership is clearly reflected in the exceptional standards and genuine hospitality throughout the hotel. A special thank you to the Front Office team for their warm welcome, professionalism, and personal attention. My sincere appreciation also goes to Katie, Daria, Ginevra, Ana, and Tereza, who each contributed in their own way to making our stay truly memorable. Our appreciation extends to the Housekeeping and Concierge teams, as well as the wonderful breakfast team at The Monastiq restaurant, for their consistently excellent service. My family and I truly felt welcomed and valued. Mandarin Oriental, Prague exceeded our expectations, and we look forward to returning again. Highly recommended!

We have stayed at several hotels in Prague over the years, but Mandarin Oriental Prague is the one we always come back to. It has become our home away from home, and staying here is now one of the highlights of every trip to Prague. Housed in a beautifully restored former monastery in the quiet embassy district, the hotel offers a wonderful sense of peace while still being within easy walking distance of Prague’s main attractions. Walking through the charming streets and across Charles Bridge to restaurants and concert halls is one of the pleasures of staying here—every walk feels like stepping into a postcard. What impresses us most is that the hotel is always improving. Every visit brings small but thoughtful improvements, and the breakfast is a perfect example. Fresh, high-quality ingredients, beautiful presentation, Czech specialties alongside international favorites, and warm, attentive service make every morning a pleasure. The staff are always warm, welcoming, and attentive. The concierge team is outstanding. Whether you are looking for restaurants, concerts, museums, architecture, or hidden gems, simply tell them what you enjoy. Their recommendations are often even better than any guidebook. Interestingly, we have very few photos of the hotel. It feels so comfortable that, much like our own home, we simply forget to take pictures and instead enjoy being there. For us, Mandarin Oriental Prague has become much more than a hotel—it is one of the reasons we always look forward to returning to Prague.

Absolutely Flawless Stay! Words cannot express how perfect our stay was from start to finish. The exceptional service began even before we arrived and continued until the very last moment. The hotel is clean, neat, and beautifully maintained. The breakfast was an absolute "wow"ת so fresh and delicious! On top of that, the spa is amazing and provided the ultimate relaxation. Everything was simply perfect. We truly have no words to describe how wonderful it was. Highly, highly recommended!

Our stay at Mandarin Oriental Prague was amazing from start to finish. The hotel itself is super nice, the location is great, very peaceful and relaxing. Our room was great, with direct access to the garden, which was perfect for travelling with our dog. Every member of staff we met was friendly, welcoming and professional, and the service throughout the hotel was excellent. The breakfast was also very good. What really made this stay unforgettable, however, was the concierge team. Before we arrived, I had asked about renting a dog stroller for our 13-year-old Cocker Spaniel. They handled absolutely everything. The stroller was waiting in our room when we checked in, and when we left, all we had to do was leave it in the room for them to return. It couldn't have been easier for us. They also arranged the veterinary appointment required for our dog's return to the UK. Rather than simply booking a local clinic, they found a vet who was willing to come to the hotel and carry out the appointment in our room. This completely removed the stress of travelling across the city with an older dog and is one of the most thoughtful pieces of service I've experienced at any hotel. To top it all off, they even arranged balloons and a birthday surprise for our dog's birthday during our stay. It was such an unexpected gesture and one we'll genuinely remember for a long time. I've stayed in many luxury hotels & great rooms, good breakfasts & attentive staff are expected at this level. What set the Mandarin Oriental Prague apart was the willingness of the team to go far beyond expectations to create a truly personal experience. Their attention to detail and genuine desire to help made this one of the most memorable hotel stays we've ever had
