My stay at this hotel was easily one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Despite booking a Junior Suite and paying 480 KWD for the dates of September 6, 2026, to September 10, 2026, expecting comfort, the only good thing about this place is its location. The room was extremely outdated with broken furniture. The air conditioning was completely broken; when I went to reception to complain about the heat, they simply told me, 'Open the window.' When I pointed out there are bugs outside, the staff member replied, 'What do you want me to do about it?' There is zero sound insulation—you can clearly hear noises from neighboring rooms, above, and below. To make matters worse, there is constant loud noise and construction/cleaning work by workers in the hallways from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Housekeeping completely disregarded the 'Do Not Disturb' sign, knocking and walking right into the room. The king-size mattress was uncomfortable, and it was only provided with a single duvet. When I called reception about it, they told me, 'This is what we have.' When I went downstairs to complain that I couldn't sleep because of the unbearable noise, the staff literally turned their backs and walked away on me. Customer service is nonexistent, and management shows zero care for guests. This hotel is completely not worth the money. It was the worst place I have ever stayed in. Tone and Register: Written in a direct, firm, and formal tone suitable for public reviews on platforms like Google Maps or Booking.com to ensure management and future guests see the exact extent of the poor service. Accuracy of Details: Fully captures all specific points mentioned, including the exact dates, total amount paid (480 KWD), room type (Junior Suite), AC failure, bug issue, lack of soundproofing, and unprofessional staff behavior. Impact: Clearly highlights the contrast between the high price paid and the abysmal quality of the facilities and customer service received.

The hotel is in a quieter, convenient location, but close to all transport links and only a 24 minute walk to the Old Town Square. We had a top floor room, with a balcony, which was lovely and spacious, very clean and comfortable. The views over the river were excellent and the room felt luxurious and tastefully decorated. Plenty of storage space and lots of power outlets and light fittings, which can be all be controlled from the bedside, which is a great feature. Our room featured a separate Toilet and had a comfortable sofa, two tub chairs, a desk and the balcony has two chairs and a small table..... perfect for a morning coffee or a relaxing drink in the evening. Breakfast was excellent, with a huge range of options, including cereals, breads, meats, cheeses, yoghurts, fruit, juices and coffee. You can also order omelettes for a small additional charge. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive and there were no language issues. The room was cleaned regularly and the hotel is very clean overall. Absolutely nothing to fault here and we'd definitely stay here again, if we return to Prague. Thank you for making our stay such a memorable experience ! 10/10 !!!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What an absolutely amazing experience! From the moment I arrived, everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The property itself is beautiful — the perfect combination of charming and modern — and the facilities were genuinely 10/10. Everything was clean, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully done. A very special thank you to Alina, who truly made my stay memorable. She was an absolute pleasure — warm, welcoming, attentive, and incredibly helpful. She has a way of making you feel genuinely cared for rather than simply being another hotel guest. Her hospitality added so much to the experience and made my stay even more pleasant and special. I left with such a wonderful impression of both the hotel and the people behind it. Beautiful property, fantastic facilities, and exceptional hospitality. I would happily stay here again and recommend it without hesitation. ❤️
We stayed for 4 nights, our room was beautiful with the best view of the river. The bed was incredibly comfortable and there were great provisions of toiletries if you didn’t bring your own. The mini fridge was stocked (chargeable) and tea and coffee facilities free. The air conditioning was brilliant in the warmer weather whilst we were there as it was hot, there are multiple sockets and even usb ports for charging and loads of options for lighting in the room too. The hotel was beautifully clean and rooms are serviced regularly although you can opt out for the day and the hotel has pledged to plant trees for each room not cleaned for 1 day. The location was great for us being 25min walk outside the old town but that was perfect for us and if you wanted to get places quicker trams are just across the bridge. Also you are just across the bridge from the famous dancing house and a 25-30 min (uphill/steps) walk to Petrin and the Petrin tower. The staff at the hotel were wonderful and always happy to help, they even have a programme for staff called the smile bonus which sees staff praised for their service. We had a 10/10 stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
The location and views are phenomenal, paired with beautiful rooms and fully marble-clad bathrooms. Everything — from the rooms to the vanities — was spotless and clearly maintained with great care. The staff went above and beyond to make the entire stay as smooth and comfortable as possible. The only downside is the breakfast: while there is the option of having a chef prepare dishes to order, the standard selection is quite limited, and the breakfast room itself lacks any notable views. This may be slightly inconvenient if you are short on time. Nevertheless, I would gladly return at any time. Parking is very secure, with staffed 24/7 surveillance.
