We didn't actually stay at this property, so I can't comment on that. It looks beautiful and the location is great. Unfortunately, they were impossible to communicate with, most unhelpful with the reservation, and they cancelled it 2 hours before our transatlantic flight. They left 10 people without a place to stay at the very last minute, when we had no more time to look for an alternative. It was the most stressful experience ever. I would never recommend this place, they ruined our trip. There was no problem with the bank, it's a safety feature to confirm a transaction. We did and asked you several times to process the payment, but you didn't. The bank confirmed that you did not attempt to make the payment. Obviously, we were not the only ones, there are a couple of other reviews that confirm you canceled their reservation last minute. Just hope future customers will be mindful and avoid this stress.

When I got to the hotel there is no directions on how to check in. I called the number online and no one picked up. I called again and tried to check in. When I called the person that picked up, before I even finished saying my name I was told that my reservation was cancelled and to check my email. When I tried to talk to the person he just kept saying “bye bye” and hung up in the middle of me trying to figure it out. I never got any email and contacted Expedia immediately. Expedia had no records of it ever being cancelled. Expedia tried contacting the hotel and no answer, again. As someone who was visiting for the first time this was very stressful and we were left on the street until Expedia fixed the issue. Be aware when you book through this hotel, this isn’t the only review saying similar things.

We had a terrible experience at this hotel in Prague. We arrived after already paying for our reservation, only to be completely ignored by the staff for an extended period of time. Despite having proof of payment and a confirmed booking, they refused to give us a room and offered little to no explanation or assistance. The customer service was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, the staff acted dismissive and left us stranded in a foreign city with nowhere to stay. After traveling all day, this was the last thing we expected. I would not recommend staying here based on how poorly they handled our reservation and treated paying guests. If you book here, be prepared for the possibility that your reservation may not actually be honored. In response to the owners comment: Hello, that is false. We booked for the correct day, and the mistake was on your end, not ours. My name was not even on the booking, so it would have been impossible for me to know or identify myself as the reservation holder the way you are claiming. We arrived with a valid reservation and payment completed, yet we were still denied a room. Instead of acknowledging the issue, you are now misrepresenting what happened and calling my review “misleading,” which is unfair. I posted an honest account of our experience.

This place has a really great location. It is close to a beautiful park and about half an hour on foot from the city center. There is a shop nearby, as well as places where you can get something to eat. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the apartment. When I arrived, the dishes were still in the dishwasher, and I found dirty dishes in the cupboard. The sofa was covered in stains and should definitely be professionally cleaned. The windows were also dirty, and when I wanted to go to bed, I found someone else’s hair on the bedsheet. The dressing table in the bedroom was stained with makeup as well. For the price, I would have expected a much higher standard of cleanliness. I am disappointed and would definitely not recommend this place to other people.
