We’ve stayed at this hotel twice so far, and on both occasions we’ve felt incredibly welcome. It’s a small hotel with a cozy atmosphere, exceptionally friendly reception staff, and a truly customer-oriented approach. The complimentary welcome drink — a glass of Prosecco — is great, especially after a few hours of travelling by car. Whenever we’re in Prague, we’ll definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended. Thanks for making our stay pleasant!
The positives: -very friendly staff -very clean -very good restaurant next door -5 min walk to trams that take you to all the tourist attractions -good parking nearby at no extra charge if arriving by car The negatives: -noisy (paper thin walls and ceiling meant we often got disturbed by noise from neighbouring rooms) -very dated rooms/furniture -no shades/blinds or dark curtains on windows, so the sun would wake us up every day at 5am (in July) Neither here nor there: -the beds were comfortable but the pillows were not as great -the breakfast was just ok, not as great as many other reviews claim. The staff explicitly asks you to give them a 5 star rating when checking out, and I think this might be a reason why this hotel has a higher rating than it deserves. The staff really was very friendly so I can understand why some reviewers might want to please them.
Had such a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were cozy, the atmosphere was lovely, the breakfasts were delicious, and the staff were amazing. You can really tell they care about making their guests feel comfortable. A special shoutout to Alena at the front desk, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Her positive attitude and professionalism made our stay even better. People like her are the reason guests want to come back.
Stayed for a couple of days after rock for people before our fight home. Reception is 24/7 so we had the chance to check in to our room directly after coming back from Hradec Králové at 3am in the morning! The room has a unique style and we were greeted by two delicious macaroons as a welcome, as well by a very spacious bathroom :) Breakfast is so good! Goes from salty things to handmade cakes!! And the location is really good, not too crowded and very chill, which I appreciated after 4 days of non stop concerts lol. Staff was really nice to us and very welcoming, on day 15.6.26 there was a very nice and kind receptionist and it was a pleasure having a chit chat with her about the day and so on. Overall, we had a really nice experience:) It was also close to a tram station that could take you to old town in 15 mins!!
Gorgeous hotel with very friendly staff. The breakfast was amazing! Located close to public transport, however, the walk to Old Town etc is easy enough to do - long but you get to see so much along the way. Room was exceptionally clean. The only downside was no kettle in the room so had to go downstairs first thing to get a hot drink. This is just a personal preference as we prefer to have a hot drink in our room before we go down to breakfast. Would definitely recommend.
