We had our wedding at the Sen Hotel. It is a very beautiful location. Thank you for all your help. The catering was delicious, and the waitstaff were very kind and professional. However, there were three things that disappointed us: the priest, the wedding arch, and the rather sharp demeanor of our wedding organizer. 1. The Priest The priest was recommended by Lucie, our wedding organizer at Hotel Sen. I feel compelled to bring his behavior to your attention, as he is definitely not a suitable recommendation for future newlyweds. In the beginning, he seemed pleasant, friendly, and like a person with genuine family values. Unfortunately, this was nothing more than an act; Dobroslav only cares about money. We asked him multiple times about the cost of the ceremony, and he kept reassuring us that he would text us the price later, which he never did. Ultimately, just two hours before the wedding, he called to inform us that the ceremony would cost few times more than any official ceremony, threatening that if we did not have the money, he would not show up. This exorbitant fee caught us completely off guard, as it is significantly more expensive than a civil ceremony. We were deeply upset that this was sprung on us at the very last minute. As a result, on the morning of my wedding, while managing a flood in the house and making final preparations, I had to frantically source the money in cash. Due to these unforeseen circumstances, I was delayed by about 30 to 35 minutes, and the priest simply left. I saw him driving away. Even though the groom begged him to stay, the priest just walked away. Later, we agreed that he would return at 7:00 PM. Instead of offering a warm greeting or a simple "hello," his arrival was met with a barrage of complaints and extremely rude behavior. After conducting the ceremony, he demanded the money and announced that the price had increased. When we explained that we did not have the extra cash on hand, he refused to let us pay the following day and threatened to withhold our documents until we paid. He even stated that he would go around to our wedding guests to ask them for the remaining extra payment. This behavior was absolutely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. He actively tried to ruin our special day. In the end, we paid him the full amount, but his conduct was intolerable. I strongly recommend that you take this feedback seriously and stop recommending this priest on behalf of Hotel Sen. Furthermore, I have noticed that there are other similar negative reviews about Dobroslav from the past. 2. The Wedding Arch Three months before the wedding, I requested a specific fabric for the wedding arch. I paid extra for this material to ensure the arch would look exactly like the reference picture provided. However, it turned out to be much shorter than expected, and we were unable to use it at all. Given that there was plenty of time to prepare, and a very specific request was made regarding the length and styling, this was highly disappointing. To be fair, the wedding organizer did reduce the price of the fabric by half in the end, but that did not change the fact that we did not get the wedding arch we asked for. Unfortunately, the setup did not meet the agreed requirements. (The difference between what was agreed and reality can be seen in the pictures.) 3. The Wedding Organizer Lucie was generally quite nice; however, a few days before the wedding, we asked her about the size of the frames needed for our printed materials. She replied that she was on vacation and that we had already had enough time prior to this to ask all of our questions. I believe her reply could have been less sharp. If she is on vacation right before a client's wedding, she should have someone covering for her who can answer urgent questions. It is completely natural for a couple to have last-minute questions just a few days before their wedding. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your response.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Sen! The rooms were very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Additionally, all the food I tried was delicious, with a great variety of options.
Would have appreciated more transparency on the fact that children up to 145cm have no business being here. Kids are not allowed to the spa area even for the quite expensive entry fee. Other than the spa area there's no real reason to be here for a family.
Very disappointing experience at Hotel Sen’s wellness. After spending 25 minutes clearly discussing which massages I wanted and at what times, I was booked for a massage I never asked for. No confirmation email or message was sent, so there was no way to check the booking in advance. At check-in, only the times were mentioned, not the treatments, so I naturally assumed they were correct. I only discovered the mistake after the massage, when I wasn’t offered a choice of oils and was told I had been booked for a different treatment. When I raised this at the wellness reception, I was referred to the manager, R. Alice, whose response was dismissive and unprofessional. I was not asking for a refund or a free massage, just an apology and some acknowledgment of the mistake. Instead, the blame was placed entirely on me, questioning my communication skills, even though I had confirmed the final list of massages three times on the phone with the hotel staff. Two stars for the masseuses themselves (Jana and Nikola were excellent), and the wellness facilities and sauna world are very nice. Unfortunately, the attitude and handling of the situation by the wellness reception staff overshadowed what could have been a pleasant stay. Definitely expected better customer service for the prices charged. edit: the hotel later acknowledged the booking error, apologised, and offered a goodwill gesture, which I appreciate.
Amazing spa, the room was beautiful and the service was 💯 This place can be very busy on weekends especially the spa parking spots fill up fast so get in early. Only thing you need to be aware re spa is to watch that you don't go over your time as it will cost you, top tip clock out before you fully change. If you are staying in the hotel it won't affect you until day of departure.
