We really enjoyed our stay. What impressed us most was the exceptional cleanliness. The room and bathroom were spotless — we literally didn’t find a single stray hair anywhere, which says a lot about the high standard of housekeeping. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A special thank you to Katerina at the reception, who was particularly kind and attentive. We would also like to mention the doorman — unfortunately, we don’t know his name, but he has grey/dark hair. He was extremely helpful and even assisted us with getting into our taxi when we were leaving for the airport. It was such a thoughtful gesture and left us with a very positive final impression. Breakfast offered enough variety, and everything was fresh and made with good-quality ingredients. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would be very happy to stay here again when in Prague.

The stay of a lifetime. My partner and I stayed in the tower suite--what a wonderful place to return to each night! We will never forget the view, the city at night, or coming back the evening we got engaged and celebrating. We felt incredibly taken care of by the staff throughout our trip, had nice, quick meals and drinks at the cafe, and thoroughly enjoyed the massages we got at the spa. We cannot wait to return to celebrate our next milestone.
Liked :The hotel is beautiful and very centrally located (few minutes from Old Town square) .The room was very clean , but a bit outdated ( part of hotel charm I guess) . The air conditioning, though, worked impeccably - very important at summer. The breakfast with many choices and very tasty .Overall great hotel! Disliked: The facilities (bath and elevators ) are a bit old fashioned ( as in all historic buildings ) so nothing really .
We visited the hotel's bar-restaurant on June 22, 2026. When we asked for a recommendation for something light and tasty, the waitress suggested the cod with french fries. An hour later, they brought us a bizarre dish that contained no actual fish; instead, it was just batter inside strips of some kind of fish product. The fries tasted bitter from old, stale oil. It was completely inedible. This was worse than a bad cafeteria. A total disgrace for a 5-star hotel. We asked to pass this feedback to the chef. Despite this shameful experience, they still charged us. It really looks like the restaurant makes its money by scamming occasional visitors. I highly recommend avoiding this place. This is the worst food in Prague. It’s not just inedible—it’s a health hazard."
It's in the heart of Prague with everything you need. Walkable to the Charles Bridge, the Old town square, Powder tower, a museums. The hop on hop off just out the door. Tons to eatery and shopping. They staff here is also amazing.
