I do not receive the reservation link before visit ( I checked all email box including junk mail box)
When I arrived the hotel, no reception nor information desk. As I don’t have any assess code, I stand in front of the door for 10min until a guest back to hotel
Only a security staff that cannot speak English in the hotel.
Then I used WhatsApp to contact hotel but it was AI and cannot send me the link to reservation.
After 15mins, a staff WhatsApp me the reservation link and a lot of information need to fill in and need to take a selfie.
The whole check in process take about 45min
No reception, before check in they will you send you the link to register but I didnt receive it, so i have to go to the another hotel run by them to do the physical check in. It is like an airbnb more than a hotel. By the way, the AC worked very well, which is the bonus point! I dont think i will stay here again.
The online checkin process is horrible. It takes a very long time to enter in all the detailed information required. ONLY online check-in (no one there to talk to or ask) Would be nice if there is at least a person there to help you. The room is nice, clean and the location is great!
Great choice of accommodation especially for the price.
The attic room was lovely, bigger than expected, and the amenities were great (shower was lovely, bed was massive and comfy, plenty of wardrobe space).
The breakfast was slightly small but no problem with that at all. There was still plenty of options and it tasted great (apart from the sausages, they were a bit weird). Breakfast starts at 7:30am.
There's luggage storage, so we left our bags on check out with the hotel and had no problems getting them back. It's free also.
The only negative we have is that the online check-in was a pain to do. We had problems with scanning our passports and it's quite a tedious process, so started the holiday a bit annoyed.
Overall, it's in a great location and for the price you pay, it's worth it.
Not great Hotel. We stayed here for 3 nights and when we checked into our room there was a huge disgusting stain on the bedsheets and lots of dirty marks on the duvet which is totally off putting and unacceptable. Alongside this, in the fridge there was a left over half Eaton sandwich just sitting there. We called someone and requested new sheets which we waited for over an hour to receive due to the no reception or housekeeping even though it was only 9:30pm. We got them and had to change them all ourselves, they did offer a new room but it was late at night and we had just unpacked everything. Apart from this, the room itself was fine but was really dissapointed knowing the sheets hadn’t even been changed prior to us coming. The lift is also not great really wobbly and very old. Recommend taking the stairs as I won’t be surprised if the lift broke. Probably wouldn’t stay again.
