Hotel is very close city's centre but little bit on the side where you have quite from city centre noise. Around it's a few things cheaper shop's restaurants. Hotel is oal school old fashioned like history more but comfort is there like air con. Everyone can enjoy staying there. Price is very good about standard and location this hotel.
Just a 4.5 ⭐ hotel without concierge. You will have a message them to get things sorted. Overall not a bad hotel, just 2kms further out from central and hence the price.
The hotel was amazing. Service and hospitality were decent. But do check your emails on day of arrival for instructions how to access the hotel and get your room key. Definitely recommended the layout and style is like a five star luxury suite!
The staff were friendly and were able to accommodate our request of an extra bed. Check in and check out was hassle-free and the hotel itself is very aesthetically pleasing. If the rooms had a mini-kitchen, they would be perfect in my opinion. Parking can usually be found on the street next to the hotel by the Staropramen factory. It is not too far from the main attractions, and the location is quiet at night. Overall, an excellent hotel.
We really enjoyed our stay here and wished we could have spent a few more days at this lovely hotel. The service was top notch! Very helpful and friendly personnel. They called a transfer for us every time we needed one and always communicated via call and texts, which was very convenient. Our room was beautiful (loved the decor!), the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was new and very nice. But the best part was breakfast buffet - I can’t say that I’ve ever experienced anything like it. The variety was incredible; the quality, the taste, the presentation, and the service were unmatched. It made us feel like royalty! I would suggest having cash on hand to pay for breakfast when checking out of hotel (it will make things quicker and easier.) It was hands down the best breakfast I’ve ever had at any hotel! I cannot wait to return to this unique and charming place.
