The Hotel itself was good value but unfortunately a bit tired & soulless. The rooms were spacious but lacked any charm. I found the reception staff a bit cold to be honest, especially at checkout. He looked like he wanted to be anywhere but at work. It’s a shame as this hotel actually has great potential.
Basic rooms but clean, mini fridge in room and coffee facilities. Beds very comfy but our 'double' was 2 singles pushed up against each other which moved all the time due to tiled floor so we did have to accept we were just having a single bed each. Staff were pleasant and they were more than happy to store our luggage after checkout, free of charge, as our flight wasn't until later in the evening.
Older rooms but great beds! You’ll get some great sleep here. Bartender is a nice guy. Frontoffice experience could be improved during checkin. Pickup/dropoff service is very nice. Location is good, 12minute walk to old town centre
Very safe area - central but no noise from the street. Service at reception was very good and rooms were comfortable. There are several tram stops nearby which makes travelling very easy.
Very good stay. Clean rooms, good toiletries (body lotion was included, which was appreciated on a long trip!), very capable front desk (the gentleman with the glasses who checked us in was so professional and very distinguished). Right in front of a bus stop. Would've appreciated free water every night instead of just when we checked in, but otherwise no complaints.
