Let's be honest here. Judging from the reception I would give 5+ stars! It's sumptuous. When you move to the room the perception changes a lot. If I need to judge solely based on the room I can give maximum 3.5 stars. The personnel is super professional and kind. The breakfast was awesome! The position is one of the best in town. The room as I said was OK but not five stars. Anyway it was clean and the pressure of the shower was super!
The location is definitely the hotel’s biggest advantage, with easy access to many attractions. The room was comfortable, making for a pleasant stay overall. However, the cleanliness was only average, and the front desk staff could be more welcoming and professional, except for Seth, who was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful.
This hotel is not a 5 star, but the price does reflect this. Firstly, after check-in we took our own bags and had to find our room ourselves which is fine, but not 5-star standard. Lunch at their restaurant was bad, it tasted pre-bought and reheated. However, breakfast was nice. Our room had mold and was not cleaned properly each day. Only towels/bedsheets were changed on request, and the bed was made. Also the wifi was bad, so we had to use our data. The location is very good.
Stayed here for 4 nights . The hotel is lovely, clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. We arrived around 1130 am and we were surprised that our room was ready for us. The porter was really friendly and made us feel welcome. The bed was big and comfy and air condition was a big bonus in the hot weather. There was plenty to choose from for breakfast cereals, yoghurt, meat, cheese ,bread,fruit . Omellette station (the omelletes were lovely) And a waffle station Tea and coffee and fruit juices Wine if you wanted it as you walked in. The only negative was that there was only 1 lift working so sometimes waited a while but im sure that will be sorted . Thanks again and keep doing what your doing .
This is a truly classy and modern hotel with an excellent overall experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay feel special from the start. I especially loved the spa and wellness area which was a perfect place to relax. They also have massage programs offered at very reasonable prices, which was a big plus. The rooms were modern, spotless and very comfortable, but the heating system could be a bit stronger or at least adjustable over 25°C for extreme cold winter nights. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring the city center on foot. I also loved the outstanding high quality breakfast. The only downside for me was the parking garage. Access involves a car elevator and once inside, the space is extremely tight. Getting your car in or out usually requires assistance from valet staff, so it’s not ideal if you need flexible access to your vehicle. It would have been helpful to know this in advance. That said, considering the general parking situation in Hungary, it’s manageable if you plan to leave your car parked for most of your stay. There are also other parking options near. Overall, I really enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend the hotel.
