If I could, I would give 6 stars. I've been in the hotel for 2 weeks during a business trip and it was amazing. I had an exceptional stay at the Falkensteiner Hotel Prague. The room was spotless and well-maintained throughout my visit. The staff were incredibly kind, polite, and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. The service was impeccable from start to finish. I also loved the gym and spa facilities, which offered great quality and were free for guests to enjoy. I was almost on daily basis in the spa enjoying the tea, sauna and couches to rest and relax. The gym is very well equipped. Its location is perfect, situated right near the city center and right across from a train and metro station, making it incredibly convenient to get around. The breakfast is excellent with many options, even though I could not choose anything over the avocado toast they serve - it is simply perfect. The coffee and some sweets they offer are also very tasty. The drinks at the bar are from other planet as well, but I must say it is not cheap. Other than that, they also offer pillow menu, water bottle as courtesy and the shower is very good. The closet could be a little bit bigger, but did not compromise my stay. Thank you the entire staff for making my visit to Prague so pleasant!

Amazing hotel set in an ideal location for exploring everything Prague has to offer. Upon checking in we were met with the amazing news that Martin had upgraded our room for my birthday. Jan on reception then went out of his way to make my birthday special with cocktails at midnight in the gorgeous Monkey Bar and breakfast and Prosecco in room to kick off the celebrations right. The hotel is a mix of quiet luxury and the best of a boutique with quiet rooms, gorgeous decor and a pillow menu to get you off to sleep. Really had the best stay and best first visit to Prague ever. Would highly recommend and stay again!
In love with this hotel! Absolutely beautiful. 10/10 service, the staff is wonderful. Loved the room, very tastefully furnished and designed. The breakfast has to be my highlight... Everything on Dubai level 😎 Excellence in everything, I would have loved to stay longer! I would definitely recommend!
Just wow! One of the best stays ever. The staff is amazing the cleaning team is just wonderful always respecting the space and privacy. The beds are insanely good and the design is just hard to beat at this price point. Will be definitely back to stay at this place. And gosh, the breakfast is just above what you can imagine.
This is a beautiful hotel, with lovely amenities and a general sense luxury and high standards. The breakfast was of a high quality, with exceptional service. The location is very convenient. The housekeeping staff were also friendly and efficient. I really enjoyed my stay in the deluxe double room. My only significant gripe is about the air-conditioning. The lowest setting it would allow was 20C, and the lowest it actually managed to achieve was 22C. This was escalated to reception multiple times. It was initially met with casual dismissal, but I was later told it had been fixed. It turned out that this fix was to leave a small fan on the counter near the tv. Note: I started writing this review soon after my stay, but for some reason was not able to complete it at the time, so this is extremely delayed, and it’s possible that my perspective is outdated. Feel free to let me know if this is the case.
