Downtown Suites Belohorska

Bedbugs - during my stay in February I realised that my flat (314) was infested with bedbugs and left. The host recognised the problem and gave me back the amount of money for the days I didn’t stay, but that was nothing compared to the stress, waste of time and consequent expenses for having to dry clean all my clothes, through away my suitcase, etc to avoid bringing any problems to my house. I highly don’t recommend it, or if you happen to be there make a good inspection in the ceiling lamp, on bedsheets, under the bed mattress and so on. I believe the cleaners are very aware of this problem and that is why you will always see them around trying to control the situation. But when there is such a problem the way to eradicate it is to close the premises for some time, disinfect it and then operate it again. Anything else is not professional and very disappointing for sure.

The apartment is located in a renovated modernist tenement house. There's a tram stop opposite, and the Old Town is a 15-minute tram ride away. There are several restaurants nearby. Private parking is located in the courtyard, recommended due to limited and paid public spaces. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The Wi-Fi worked well.

This review is from 3 years ago at the time I wrote this (reason -made a new google review focused account): Wonderful place, large space and convenience store only 5 minutes away. Kitchen was clean and nice and the beds was cozy A little annoying that the toilet and sink is in different rooms but doable.

The apartment is well.equiped, nice and spacious. But, parking is limited and I'm not sure it's mentioned anywhere, I've arrived and had to find spot on the street which is nearly impossible. Receptionist didnt really helped even that she said she will send me pakring alternatived, I just got welcome email again. Tram is super close which is nice, but it comes with 24 hours of tram noise stopping at the ststion. Apartments are access is with stairs, its written in the description, so.its not a complain just a fact.
