Excellent choice, I highly recommend this hotel. Staff was very nice and polite, we've booked for one night and received welcome and goodbye gifts, very kind of them. The room was large, everything clean and comfortable for a decent price. The breakfast buffet very tasty, a large variety of food. A very welcoming location. Few metro stations from city centre.

The staff were absolutely fantastic, so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was perfect, with a great selection and everything fresh and delicious. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, and you can really see the attention to cleanliness and detail everywhere. The price was also very good for the quality and service we received. Everything was excellent, and we genuinely enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague!
Wonderful stay with excellent hospitality in Prague! We booked a Triple Room at Hotel Don Giovanni Prague, but were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a Junior Suite. A really nice gesture that made our stay even more comfortable. The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a short walk from public transport, which made travelling around Prague very easy. The property is beautiful and well maintained, and our room was clean, tidy and comfortable. The 24-hour luggage storage room was especially helpful. We arrived around 10:00 AM, well before the 3:00 PM check-in time, so being able to leave our luggage safely was a great convenience. The staff were friendly, helpful and cooperative from the beginning. A special mention to Mr. Thomas (I hope I have the spelling right), from the Front Office, who was absolutely wonderful and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast included in our rate was rich and delicious, with a great variety of dishes. As the hotel is quite large, the breakfast area can get busy, but it is spacious enough to accommodate the crowd. Finally, I really enjoyed the piano in the lobby and the talented artists playing it—a lovely touch that adds to the atmosphere. Overall, a very pleasant stay with great hospitality, excellent location and good facilities. Highly recommended!
Good place to stay. Things were smooth. My currency exchange was seamless and the staff go above and beyond to help you. A young friendly gentleman at the reception called Maxim helped little things sort out and was hospitable 😊. There is an inhouse bar that serves really good margarita . The buffet was good . They were about to close the dining area at night but then they still dispensed some food to eat in the room . Kind of them. If i ever visit prague again . This will be my stay at ♥️♥️.
Big comfortable rooms. Excellent location- trams and metro right outside. Over 65's get free transport brilliant. Breakfast great - well cooked hot and very tasty. Restaurant staff excellent and friendly - thank you. However the staff on reception were extremely rude. We were on a group holiday - our request was a twin room booked almost 9 months previously. On enquiring during check in if we had the requested twin room. The receptionist said no and that was all she was going to give us. Shrugged her shoulders- basically tough. 3 times we pushed at the desk she had no intention to change . Had to get our tour manager to intravene showing the request. We got the correct room - but with a fight. Rude receptionist, clearly not in the right job
