Location is something that i read some people complaining but to be fair I find is great. You have a Metro station in the mall across the street. If you are spending money on taxi or Uber that is your call , public transport is fantastic and very easy to do from here. My wife and i walked one night all the way from Prague 1 to here, so it is very walkable and very safe as most of the city. If the hotel restaurant is not your thing there are many other local venues near by that are not going to just take your tourist money and honestly you would have a better dining experience than places in the middle of the Old Town.

I love this hotel! We've booked a few times now, it's slightly off the tourist track so it's great for not being crowded. We have two German shepherds that were accomodated easily, the second time staying they actually gave us dog beds and bowls and mats! The room itself was perfectly sized with a pull out couch, great tv with English channels, nice shower tub (pressure was ok). Great eating area and bar with plenty of space. We had breakfast included which was a great variety of options like fruit, eggs cooked on demand, pastries and of course coffee and juices, there was even a pistachio creme filling machine for the croissants! The staff was amazing, everyone just loved our dogs and came out for pats and that means a lot to us (thank you anatasiia!). Very nice mini gym that we used every day. Very small grassy area for the dogs to relieve themselves. Our only gripe was that there was a group of men being super loud and annoying in the mornings, and the pillows were kind of hard/thin. But really minor issues compared to the amazing hotel and staff!
The hotel is a bit dated, but the location is great. There is a shopping center and an Albert supermarket right in front, and getting downtown is very easy. However, I was disappointed with the front desk service. One of night time shift staff struggled with English, making communication a bit difficult and I had a situation during checkout. I was incorrectly charged a breakfast fee. The staff said I booked with breakfast which I did not. During that conversation, her attitude was highly unprofessional. Instead of checking politely, she looked annoyed and just called the manager. Although the manager fixed the mistake, the staff member handed over the receipt with a dismissive "Here we go." No apology for the mistake, no "Thank you for staying." Her visible annoyance was completely uncalled for. I was like ok to stay here before this situation but the last impression gave me a whole different feeling now.
From the moment you walk into the hotel, everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The rooms are spotless—you can truly tell how clean they are as soon as you enter. The restaurant serves delicious food, so good that you never feel the need to dine elsewhere. The breakfast buffet offers a great variety of options, and it’s wonderful that you can have a fresh omelet made to order. The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall, making it easy to shop or pick up anything you need. The surrounding area also feels very safe and comfortable to walk around. Overall, this hotel provides an excellent experience, and I would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!
As a platinum member in IHG and a gold member in Marriot I am quite used to string in hotels all over the world. (205 nights per year) So my standard is quite high. This hotel is ok. Clean and fairly comfortable. The interior is a bit outdated, but ok. The location is not to sentral, but the area around the hotel is nice. If I would mention one thing that could be better it would be the overall waiting time for receptions. Very slow service, so check-in takes a long time if you ar a small group. Friendly staff dough, but seems a bit undertrained or under staffed at times.
