We had absolutely horrible experience with this place. First of all, do not book it if you expect a reception or being close to a bus/tram stop. You still need to search for other hotel to get the keys. Moreover, the key we got did not work. The wifi did not work neither. The room does not match the pictures. It is old, the furniture is rather retro. Photos looked much more cosy than reality. It was the worst place I ever slept in Prague, and the worst experience I ever had with a hotel. It is not worth booking.
spacious room, clean and neat, well equipped. communal kitchen on every floor. room had lots of storage space so everything could be tucked away nicely. very clean and well cared for bathroom. water temperature in the shower is easily adjusted and stays the same. only thing to criticize is that during the night it got fairly hot and stuffy air, even though outside temperature was low and during the day at a maximum of 23C. so we had to leave the window open. street downstairs is rather quiet for central Prague, but still some noise, so it‘s best to bring some earplugs and sleeping masks.
Location was good, close to Charle‘s bridge and several tram lines but still in arather quiet area. There are some embassies across the street and police is always around so we felt really safe. Breakfast was available at the partner hotel for € 11 and had a great buffet with lots of options. Would stay there again!
Fantastic location a couple of minutes away from Charles Bridge. Booked a Superior Junior Suite which was great! A complimentary bottle of wine and water was greatly accepted. My ONLY issue with the room was how hot it always was, the ceiling fan did not seem to work. Otherwise, excellent!!
Some reviews complain that reception is at the sister hotel, however I'm not sure what the issue is as it's just round the corner. Roman was on reception throughout my stay and went above and beyond to make the stay as great as possible. I messaged ahead to see if I could store my luggage for a few hours and this was accommodated. On check out, without hesitation, he offered to store luggage in the safe location until my flight.

We loved our stay at Apartments Embassy. Be it the spotless room and bathroom or the biscoff cookies and complimentary wine welcome, we appreciated all of it. The rooms are of a very good size and the shared kitchen had everything needed to cook a quick meal. The location of the Apartment is perfect, close to the Prague castle, Strahov monastery as well as the Petrin hill. The check-in and out was seamless. Highly recommend!
The room itself was clean, nice, in a great location, and at a reasonable price. Having access to a kitchen was helpful. I appreciated the Raffaello chocolate (my favourite!) they gave me at check-out. The downsides are that the reception is in another hotel (and walking on cobblestones with heavy luggage is not ideal) and that you need to climb some stairs before you can access the elevator (which, again, is not ideal with heavy luggage).
