Absolutely loved our stay at Andaz Prague! The hotel is stunning—beautifully designed, luxurious, and full of character while still feeling warm and comfortable. The location is fantastic, with Prague’s Old Town and many of the major sights within easy walking distance. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, and the entire property has such a stylish, contemporary feel. What really stood out was the hospitality. The staff were incredibly warm, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent as well, with great food and a lovely atmosphere. Andaz Prague made our time in Prague even more special. A beautiful property, wonderful service, and an excellent location. Would highly recommend and would happily stay here again!

We truly had the best stay at the Andaz in Prague. From the moment we checked in to breakfast, afternoon drinks and check out, service was very attentive and friendly! We stayed at a suite which was just gorgeous! The hotel itself was beautifully decorated and very thoughtfully designed. The location was perfect as well, in walking distance to old town and many amazing restaurants.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at the magnificent hotel in Prague. Every aspect is outstanding. From the friendly and efficient check in to the free coffee and tremendous selection of soft drinks offered complimentary I am astounded. I travel fir a living and it’s not always like this. Kudos to all the staff here. After all it’s the front line employees who really make the customer experience what it is. A very special shout out to Nova who works the restaurant and front patio. I witnessed her deal with a very arrogant customer with care and class and this did not go unnoticed. And deserves to be rewarded for her professionalism. And just for her kindness and big smile. As a frequent traveller this is so much appreciated. Keep up the great work

My wife and I traveled to Prague to celebrate our 36th wedding anniversary, and our experience was made even more memorable by staying at Andaz Prague. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with their warmth, friendliness, and exceptional hospitality. Our room was absolutely stunning—beautifully designed, spacious, and thoughtfully appointed. The hotel’s amenities were equally impressive, from the in-room coffee machine and complimentary minibar to the fantastic “anytime” coffee station in the main lobby, which was such a wonderful touch. What truly stood out was the hotel’s unique character and attention to detail. The artwork throughout the rooms and hallways added a sophisticated and distinctive atmosphere that made the entire stay feel special. I truly cannot recommend Andaz Prague highly enough. It exceeded all of our expectations, and without question, it will be the only place we stay on future visits to Prague. Highly recommended!
