Amigo City Centre Hotel

Stay here was rather excellent. Great breakfast, comfy rooms and air conditioning on point. Only real complaint is the lack of restocked toilet tissue paper during room service but everything else here was extremely pleasant.

Nice hotel with excellent location. Our room was clean. Breakfast was very tasty. I would like to thank receptionists Liza and Gleb for their active assistance with early check-in. I was with 2 children after long train trip. I was very important for me. I highly recommend this hotel.

Decent city centre hotel, walking distance to some of the main attractions and metro station. Fairly clean but not the most modern. Tea, coffee, mini bar and safe in the room, as well as included breakfast and WiFi. Walls quite thin but to be expected. Overall, good value for money.

I really liked the hotel’s structure. The location is great, the room is clean and well-maintained, and it has a pleasant smell, which makes a difference in the overall experience. I also appreciated that they were able to offer me an early check-in upon arrival, which was very helpful after a long trip. On the other hand, I had a negative experience with the service. When I tried to change the day of my breakfast — since I wouldn’t be at the hotel the next day — the receptionist not only refused but was also quite rude in the way she responded. I understand that there may be policies, but the way the situation was handled was frustrating and could have been much more polite. Overall, the hotel has good qualities, but customer service needs improvement.
