I bought a power pass — a day pass for pool and gym — and was really happy. The staff there are incredible and the facilities + pool is clean and well-managed. Super luxurious spot. Great part of the island as well.

Our stay at InterContinental Dominica Cabrits Resort & Spa was an incredible way to end our trip to Dominica. We spent two nights here, and it was the perfect place to relax before heading to the airport, which is an easy drive from the resort. The property is absolutely beautiful, with expansive grounds, stunning pools, and excellent facilities, including a well-equipped gym, yoga space, and spa. The staff were consistently warm, professional, and accommodating throughout our stay. We stayed in a King Premium Ocean View room, which was immaculate and beautifully designed. The ocean-view balcony, comfortable sitting area, luxurious bathroom, and overall attention to detail made it one of the nicest hotel rooms we've stayed in. Although we didn't originally book breakfast, we decided to add it after arriving, and it was well worth the cost for both the quality and convenience. The resort is also in a great location for exploring northern Dominica, with attractions like Fort Shirley, Indian River, and Capuchin all nearby. We found the resort's excursion prices to be a bit higher than we wanted to spend, so we explored these sites on our own with a rental car, which worked out very well. This is an outstanding resort for couples, families, and larger groups looking for a luxurious stay in Dominica. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would love to return with family and friends on a future visit.
We loved staying here. The staff was amazing delightful incredibly helpful. The rooms were large beds are comfortable. There’s a bathtub. Lovely balcony great gym. Our only complaint was the cost of the food was very high. The Beach is a short walk away and you can explore lots of things in the north This is not a great place to stay if you want to go to the south unless you have a
We had a wonderful time at this hotel in March. I was highly impressed for the price how nice the property and rooms are (though the bathrooms are a little quirky with blinds and glass and sliding barn doors). Food and drinks were pretty good onsite and room service is very reasonable. It was very nice to have breakfast on our balcony. The pools were lovely as was the tennis court and spa. The head of spa and fitness facilities was wonderful and so helpful setting us up to play tennis. The bikes you can borrow are fun to explore around the area. We loved walking to dinner at nearby beach restaurants. We also really enjoyed nearby activities like Indian River Tour, waterfall hikes, and nature walks where you can spot endangered parrots native to the island. There is a small sandy beach right on the edge of the property that you can wade ocean. We stayed here 3 nights then headed to Jungle Bay which was more expensive and an unpleasant experience. We came back to the Intercontinental after 1 night there and were so grateful to be back! I didn’t think I was a resort type person but I really liked it here and appreciated how it never felt crowded.
A stunningly beautiful property in Dominica. We thoroughly enjoyed walking along the garden paths, riding the bikes around the property and swimming in the pools. Our room was large and extremely comfortable. An amazing mountain view from the balcony with a small couch and table to sit at and enjoy the scenery. We stayed a total of 10 nights and ate several times in the restaurants and bar. The food selection and options on the dinner menu was excellent and the quality of the food was outstanding. Service at breakfast and dinner was variable depending on the server. The food at the breakfast restaurant was very good but not as outstanding as the food at dinner. The housekeeping staff were professional, friendly and helpful. We loved the entertainment program including the live music and yoga classes. The fitness center was top notch. While we went on several day excursions, given the fairly challenging driving conditions, if we were staying for fewer days we would have never left the property. It was so beautiful.
