Small Group Braga & Guimarães With Pick Up & Drop Off

What a wonderful, relaxing day with our guide/driver, Paulo. We loved the pace of the tour - we learned a lot about Braga and Giumarais. I also liked it that we were given enough time to explore these two places on our own. I also like that we got to choose where we would have lunch. There were 8 of us and the van was very comfortable. Paulo was very attentive and answered all our questions. I highly recommend this tour and a big thank you to Paulo for being such a wonderful guide and driver.

Fabulous! Carlos Daniel was fantastic, knowledgeable and entertaining! The staff at the vineyards were interesting and easy to follow and willing to answer all questions, no matter how silly!! We would definitely recommend this day trip!!

We had a wonderful day with Ana in Braga at Bom Jesus, the Cathedral and enjoyed a traditional Portuguese lunch. Strolling beautiful Guimaraes in the afternoon was a delight. The pick up and drop off at our Porto hotel and knowledge and history of the area and Portugal was what we were looking for. Highly recommended!

Toptour with Bernardo as a excellent Guido! Benarde gave us a lot of information about the cities which we visited, the life in Portugal and the flower revolution in 1974 including the national song Grandola Villa Morena.

This was such a well planned day trip and our guide, Louis, made the trip very easy and interesting. I especially loved that the two wineries we visited were two of the oldest in the region and owned by Portuguese families. Both 14th generation! For all that the day included, it was a very good value.

Bernardo is a wonderful guide in English and Portuguese and he was able to manage our group very well and provide us with all the information and historical background for all the sites that we visited.

Our guide Cuber was very knowledgeable and explained in details all the sites we visited. He gave us enough time for us to explore the sites, walk around and take pictures and shop.

Pablo was incredibly kind and informative. Clearly a very intelligent person just based off the knowledge he shared with us about the cities we went to. On top of that, he clearly cared about the entire group making sure to strike a meaningful conversation with everyone of us. What an amazing tour! The weather was perfect and the sights were awesome. Our guide, Paulo, was very knowledgeable and told us lots of "fun facts" along the way. His suggestions for lunch were bang-on. We appreciated how considerate and patient he was throughout the day.

Paulo was an excellent and knowledgable guide! Toured two vineyards, a cruise tour, and many wine tastings! Pickup was easy and nearby our hotel. Lunch was provided and was delicious.

On time for pick up well kept and comfortable minivan, guide Rui was very kind and knowledgeable Day was hot but our guide chose to visit Guimarães first then Braga which worked very well considering the heat on that day. Would highly recommend Living Tours booked with Viator

We appreciated being picked up at the hotel and being taken on an comprehensive trip of all Braga and Guimares. Luis had done a wonderful job of driving, navigating to all historical sites, and beig a tour guide for our group.

Our family had an incredible experience on our tour. We travelled with our two daughters, ages 9 and 12, and from start to finish everything was exceptionally well organized. Anna (Alves) was truly our guardian angel. She was knowledgeable, informative, and brought Portugal’s rich history to life in such an engaging way. Her passion for sharing the country’s culture and history made the tour both educational and enjoyable. What really set Anna apart was her kindness and compassion. During the tour, our 12-year-old daughter had a medical emergency. Without hesitation, Anna accompanied us to a private hospital during the lunch break, stayed with us, translated everything for the medical staff, and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. Thanks to her calm, caring, and patient support, we were able to rejoin the tour that afternoon. The bus was clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned, and the pickup and drop-off locations were convenient and easy to access. We learned so much, saw amazing places, and felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire experience. We can’t thank Anna enough for going so far above and beyond. She turned what could have been a very stressful day into one where we still have wonderful memories of Portugal. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the country!
