My husband and I had a great time! We really enjoyed the museum and the stadium tour. One of the highlights was getting to hold the cup and take photos inside the stadium — such a memorable experience! Thank you so much for making our visit so enjoyable. We truly appreciate it!

Great experience and value 😃
Absolutely an amazing must do experience especially for football fans! The ground itself was awesome and the tour whilst self lead was very well organised and easy to navigate. Plenty of photo opportunities to mark a memorable visit. A little disappointed that you don’t get to see the players dressing room, only the visitors one. The club shop was huge and had plenty of choice for a treat for yourself or souvenirs to take home. We then navigated through to the museum which was by far one of the most awe inspiring I’ve been to, FC Porto have won a plethora of trophies which are all on display as well as lots of historical facts to read about. We both had full phone batteries at the start of this tour and had to ask to use a charger at customer services so we could organise our taxi back as we’d both used all our battery life. There is so much to capture, definitely advise to take a mobile power bank with you. We did 5 hours at the venue doing both the grounds and the museum, we could of done longer had we had more battery on our phones and also the heat in the stadium got super intense so came indoors
Spot on experience! Decided to come and do the tour as have always had a soft spot for the club and seen as we were in Porto thought we may aswell, and it was a lottery better then expected!! Staff were pleasant and friendly! The ground is steeped in history and you can feel that!! The museum was spot on too! Real insight into a top club!
If you like football this is a worthwhile tour. Easy transport by metro. Museum is interesting. Tour is informative
Was a let down after I had done the benfica one the day before. Lasted around 30-35 mins, guide didn’t really make any effort to engage with people & his knowledge was very much the bare minimum. Felt as though his job was to get the group out as soon as possible. Disappointing overall.
Worst experience ever from all statium tours that i had!No recommended, wasted time and money
I have been on so many stadium tours over europe but I would say this tour is below average,on the tour we had about 30 people the guide took us to different areas and talked briefly in english and portuguese,I also paid for audio headset for 5 euros which was a waste of time.We did find that Porto love to take your picture so that you could buy a copy when you finish the tour. The museum was incredible the best I have ever been to so much money has been spend on it and it is a credit to Porto.
First class experience. The tour was fairly short but covered everything. The guide, Julianna, was excellent, talking in Portuguese and English. The museum is amazing, particularly as entrance is free. Gives a tremendous insight into the development of Porto FC. Make sure you give yourself enough time, because you will need it. Very easy to get there by the Metro ,
Such a shame…they build a gorgeous facility but they let complete uncaring, incompetent people run it. So sad. The tour was uninteresting and the guide was lackluster. The vending machine (for water) charges you, but doesn't work. The gift shop says it can make a custom jersey, then it cannot and it can't refund your credit card either. Most of the workers are just on their phones, talking to each other and seemed disinterested. Again, a beautiful homage to FC Porto being ruined by a lame staff.
Fabulous tour, got to see the ground, press room, visitors changing rooms and the museum. Good club shop too
Excellent package. I’m not a football fan whatsoever but I do like a museum and a tour. We visited the museum first. We took the audio tour which is an extra fee. The museum is very well laid out. There is plenty of information supporting exhibits, which is helpful if you don’t take the audio tour. My only comment would be that the lighting in the museum is very low so this may prove problematic for people who are sight impaired. The tour group was of a reasonable size. There were two guides - one leading the group and another who was making sure we were all clear of the areas that we visited. A particular area of interest was the presidential suite. A highly recommended venue.
One of the best Football Club museums we have ever been to if I am honest. The experience overall was amazing and well worth the money. It was around 2 hours the visit all together and was definitely a great atmosphere. Average group of people was not too many and staff were very knowledgeable and informative.
Was gutted Porto was playing away but this more than made up for it. The best football museum I've ever been to. Incredible. So much history. ALL the trophies plus the coolest memorabilia and exhibition pieces. The stadium tour gets you pitch-side straight away then hits all the hot spots. Dugouts, changing rooms, directors box, press room. The back corridors are also amazing with all buses and fan memorabilia. Incredible Portugese tile work in the concourse too.
We are from California and my son trains in a quality club academy back at home. His goal is to one day become a Pro Futbol player, so for his birthday, after landing in Porto, we booked tickets for this backstage tour to the Dragon Stadium here in Porto. I can say, hands down, this was a phenomenal experience not only for my son, but for the whole family! The history and background of the Porto Club as shown throughout the museum was so informative with amazing displays graphically, sculpturally, and visually, but then the back end tour of the stadium to finish the day, was top notch! It really gave my son powerful emotions evoked from being behind the scenes that I believe will help him in manifesting and bringing to fruition his dream of becoming pro one day! The photo prints we were able to get that day will be going on his vision board and was just such a cool experience all together! All in All, I give a 5 star review and would recommend to anyone who loves and appreciates the game of Futbol!!!
Being a football fan excellent experience wow what a stadium and museum was brilliant. Mrs enjoyed it too her 2nd ever visit to a football stadium she was happy 😂
Brilliant day could stroll at our leisure around the ground and there was plenty of staff if we needed to ask any questions also the museum is a must absolutely fantastic
A good experience for futbol fans young and old. Quick, easy and historical. Definitely worth a shout if you’re in town.
Such an amazing tour. The museum has SO much to see. The tour guides were professional and taught us a lot about the stadium. You could easily spend 3-4 hours in the museum/stadium taking in everything. I'm very glad we chose this tour!
Excellent Stadium tour, got to sit in the dugouts & great Museum - easy to get to on the Metro & well worth a few hours of your time
3/5 is based on the stadium is fantastic and the museum is too..however the staff are a complete let down and we found them miserable and rushed the tour of the stadium. For me the staff should be welcoming, speaking with the visitors more, where are they from? Create an atmosphere and experience that people can do nothing but talk about the tour positively. I was shocked how bad they were to be honest. Stadium is easy to get to via train (metro). Worth a visit of course but staff really let it down for us.
I'm not a football fan, but my partner is, hence our visit whilst in Porto. But even I was wowed by the fantastic museum. Lots to see, read about and watch. However, I felt the Stadium itself was the let down, it looked quite tired and worn. A shame, but the museum made up for it.
Staduim tour itself was lacking no access to home dressing room or a chance to sit in the dug outs which we have had at Ajax Amsterdam the museum however is very impressive and if not for that i would only score this one out of five , its another one ticked off but on the whole the stadium tour itself was a let down
Stadium and museum were nice. Museum was extensive. Main complaint is they limit pictures in certain areas to force you to purchase pictures from them. Felt like a tourist trap in that respect. I already paid for admission.
Visited Porto FC museum which in itself is absolutely fantastic! So much information and so much to see. The football stadium tour was great also, photo opportunities and the guide was very informative. I would highly recommend this trip.
We've been on many stadium tours and whilst the stadium was impressive, it just lacked something. I understand that the Portuguese deem it bad luck to allow the public inside the home teams changing rooms, but that does really let the tour down. You do get to go into the visitors changing room but it's not the same Throughout the tour there are picture opportunities, with a cost. Our guide was OK, not the most enthusiastic, but I found that with all the staff around the ground. Lacked any kind of passion when showing off their club!
Very good stadium tour and museum was very interesting, my partner loved it and so did I, would recommend for any football fan
This was my husband's dream, it was great, the stadium, the museum it was wonderful, fun. My husband was excited.
Good stadium tour with a great museum. Our tour entry was an hour after we arrived and I thought we’d struggle to make the museum last an hour but we ended up rushing the end of it to make the stadium tour. Although it is a “skip the line” tour we did have to queue to change our Viatour voucher for our tickets.
Not enough time given for museum by ticket lady. We had to run thru museum to get to the stadium tour and then the ticket wouldn't let us back into museum as you're only supposed to enter once. Museum was good - we had the app for audio, which was useful as some areas were poorly lit for my aged eyes! Stadium tour was good, but too many people on it, to hear what the guide may have said.
It was a pleasure to visit! Who is visiting Porto its a must to go ! its a club with huge football history!
Big, well arranged and fascinating tour of the grounds and the (very big) museum, even for non football fans most enjoyable. Easily reached by easy metro journey €3.40 return from anywhere
Amazing museum and tour. Legendary stadium. Definitely worth the 20 euros for any football fan. A club with big history.
This experience was our only disappointment during our ten days in Porto. We had vouchers well in advance. The fact that FC Porto’s game on our originally scheduled date made us have to move to a day later does not affect this review whatsoever. However, on the rescheduled date, we checked in right when the museum opened at 10am and were told that we could do the museum tour then but could not do the stadium part of the tour until 3:15pm. Nowhere did it say that there could be such a gap in the two tours. The museum was very impressive and interactive, but we ended up not coming back for the stadium tour as we had other plans at that time… of course! We missed the stadium tour even though we had paid for it, and this was really the part that we had been looking forward to.
Fantastic stadium museum. The trophy room is really impressive. Great staff and atmosphere. The only thing missing was the opportunity to go onto the stands and see the pitch.
Museum is great and overall value for money as an experience - something for everyone even if not a football fan
Great tour and museum, if you love football you will love this! They do tours in all languages and the guides were very good. The museum is very educational about Porto, their accomplishments and the wider range of sports they have competed in over the years. This took around 60 minutes and make sure you take in all the aspects. The tour is normally set an hour after you go into the museum so you need to be back round a few minutes before your tour time. If you want longer then ask for a later tour at the start but the time we had was just enough to enjoy the museum. The Club shop was nice as well and the prices for the shirts are the same here as in the centre. Loads of good photo opportunities through out the tour and the museum, they just ask you do not use your flash and at a couple of points on the tour you cannot take photos as they take them for you at a cost. You cannot see the home dressing room but I have done a couple of stadium tours in Portugal and this is a rule across the board. The away dressing room is very similar if not the same. Was a great trip and myself and my non football fan other half both had loads of fun. Would recommend!
Tour guides did not provide any information about the stadium throughout the tour. They visibly couldn’t be bothered taking the tour, and rather just facilitate the group to enter different rooms and areas. All opportunities for photos are taken by them and need to be paid for at the end of the tour. The museum has an impressive, large room - this was the best part.
Museum tour was amazing. So interactive and could easily spend 2 hours in it or more. Stadium tour was ok but guides not very enthusiastic. Museum section was excellent
Great insight into the clubs history and behind the scenes, for the price it’s worth the money. Especially if you’ve got footy mad kids
The Porto FC museum is top notch and you and your party won’t be disappointed. Even my wife, who does not care about football, was happily surprised and enjoyed each room and/or exhibition. She said it was fantastic and beyond her expectations. Probably would give 5 stars but our visit to the field and other parts of the stadium got delayed 2 hours and we could not stay to complete our tour ad our cruise ship had a 5:30pm departure and the port is relatively far from the stadium and traffic is heavy on Sundays. But the museum tour is highly recommended for all fans including those not particular interested in the beautiful game.
The tour was good but disappointed we didn’t see home team changing room The staff were friendly and polite. The pitch side & box experience was great
Great Experience. I will definitely be coming back for a visit again next time bring my whole family and friends again and again .
Great to inner workings of the stadium. Impressive stadium and worth a visit. My daughter absolutely loved it especially sat on the presidents chair
The stadium and museum was amazing. HOWEVER, the premium paid for skipping the line was a hoax. I made the same line as everyone else and waited like everyone else. No such thing to skip the line. Better off to just go to stadium and purchase tickets for a fractional of a cost.
The tour was good. Service mediocre. I bought sone pictures and guy printed wrong one, admitted it and then reprint correct one. Where you are supposed to take a picture with trophy it was closing I had to plead to get a picture which I had paid for.
A good tour of the stadium . Limited commentary unless you purchase the additional audio . It’s easy to get to via metro and the museum is one of the best .
Our tour guide Caroline was very knowledge, friendly and professional, Caroline also explained everything about FC Porto Museum and Stadium. My boys loved it, all the things that they learned about the players, they also visited the lockers, the field. We loved the whole tour. We had a great time.
The whole visit for the price, is defintaly worth it. We had a complete tour of the stadium from the presidential suites all way down to where we were aloud to sit in the dug out. The tour guide was great and gave loads of information in different languages. Then to cap it off we went to the museum, which was spectacular, you can review all the history of the club.
Firstly, the museum is great if you are a massive Porto fan. It's state of the art and super modern. It's also an assault on the senses! Very dark, very loud and the music at each section just ends up a jumbled noise! The accompanying information to the exhibits are unintentionally funny and kinda boastful! Unfortunately the tour that accompanies the entry ticket was really disappointing. Very little interaction from the guides, they barely spoke and just stood around looking bored at each part of the tour waiting for us to do our own thing. We came out feeling very uninspired and uninformed.
