Just a Fiat, not a Mercedes, this was not a luxury pickup, barely had room for two suitcases, it was a prompt pickup and the driver was very nice, but not the car advertised

On the whole, good. Vehicle decent. Pick up on time. Trip smooth. Of course a bit pricey if compared with the city taxis. To raise a concern, it’s a bit strange the driver dropped us off at the Arrival area instead of the Departure Hall. As first time users of Lisbon Airport, four of us, with 9 pieces of luggage, found it a bit hectic in finding the check-in counters for flying out.

The driver was friendly and the van was very nice. The two reasons I gave 4 instead of 5 is because the initial communication was very slow and I wasn’t sure if I had a valid confirmation of my reservation until the day before my flight. Also all the other drivers at the airport had nice and easy to read signs. Our driver had a little piece of paper with hand written notes. He texted us, but we still did not see him and had to call to find him. If those things could be improved the service would be great.

So happy I booked with them. Pick up was easy and no fuss. During the drive I got so many recommendations and a good run down for the city. As a solo female travel or I really appreciated arriving and feeling instantly comfortable. Would absolutely recommend!

It was great for our driver to be waiting for us on arrival and not to have to look for a taxi. On the journey into Porto he gave us a run down on some of the history and areas we were passing. He also gave us some recommendations on restaurants and dishes that we may like.

Excellent service. Driver was there waiting for us despite our flight being a bit late. His English was excellent and throughout our trip into the city he pointed things out and gave lots of information. Very friendly and a clean comfortable car. Wouldn't hesitate to use the service again.

This company sent a driver with a standard minivan to pick up our group of 8 for an airport transfer. Not only was it a standard minivan, it included a car seat which we had not requested. There was no possible way the minivan could fit 8 with luggage (which we each only had one suitcase a piece). I had to get an Uber to get half of our party to the airport. And the company refused to issue a partial refund to make up for their mistake. Do yourself a favor: use UBER. I do not recommend Touch Tours.

When I arrived at airport, driver already left a WhatsApp message to me. It is the easiest way to communicate. I replied that we were there and he came to meet us in 2 mins. The ride to hotel is smooth.

I booked a transfer from my AirBnb to the airport in Porto for 4:45 am and everything was very smooth. My driver Marcio was at the location at the agreed time, he was very professional and well mannered. His english is fantastic and i gelt very safe with him driving. The car was very clean and comfortable and the price of this service is very very convenient. Do not hesitate to book a transfer with them!

Private transfer booked and made for 4 adults and 1 young child in May 2025 Driver present at the time and place of the meeting but the vehicle was not equipped according to our request (necessary car seat although well requested in the reservation). As a result, for 3 times the price of a classic trip in UBER, we are forced to take this transport (at the risk of missing the plane) without a car seat for our child, putting him or her at risk during the trip. Faced with this obvious lack of security and professionalism, no reimbursement of even partial service was offered. I would not recommend it at all.

Once again we hired our guide Antonio Santos for transportation from the hotel to the airport thanks to the punctuality and professionalism he showed on the previous day's tour in Porto. Touch Tours is definitely a very reliable company.

Notre avion a eu du retard, nous sommes arrivés 1 heure après l'heure prévue : le chauffeur n'était pas là mais avait essayé de me contacter : je n'ai pas vu ses messages, c'est de ma faute. Nous avons contacté l'entreprise Touch Tours qui malgré l'heure très tardive (0 h 30) a répondu et nous a renvoyé un chauffeur dans la foulée. Ils répondent très vite aux messages (et Sandrine parle francais) Merci à eux. Le chauffeur a été professionnel et agréable. Je les contacterai à nouveau si je devais revenir à Porto.

Je redoutais que le chauffeur est du retard (4h du matin) mais pas du tout, il était là à l'heure, très gentil. Sa voiture confortable. Rien à dire, c'était parfait.

Excellent Service! I highly recommend it. Our plane was almost 1 hour late and our driver waited for us anyway. Very nice and it put us in confidence. We also booked this Service back and our driver was present at the apartment at 4:30am to take us to the airport.

We made the round trip to and from the airport. I changed schedules 3 times for the return, by email and it was done without any problem. I called the day before to confirm the latest schedule. Very friendly on the phone and speaking French. The driver, same for both trips, nice, smiling, helpful.
