Porto: Sunset Cruise, Olive Oil Tasting & Pink Port Tonic

Ines and Antonio were lovely hosts. We booked this tour specifically because it was unique in offering the Porto tonic cocktail and the olive oil tasting and I think it was well worth it. The boat was really comfortable and we enjoyed being able to relax as we went up and down the river. We got lucky and the tour ended up being a private tour, which made it that much more special. I'm glad blankets were provided because it did get chilly after the sun set. They were great about taking pictures of us during the tour and giving us tons of insight on what to see and do while we were in Porto. Ines and Antonio both gave us recommendations for food places to try after the boat tour and we enjoyed all of the places we stopped at. Honestly, given the choice, we would recommend this tour to anyone and would probably do another tour with them again in the future.

Every element of this 2 hour cruise has been considered and planned meticulously. The beautiful boat offers the intimate group comfort that so many boats I saw on the river could not. Every seat is cushioned, blankets are supplied for the cooling breeze, carpeted floor, welcome cocktail lovingly prepared with fresh fruits. And not mentioned in the listing is that one of your two warm and wonderful guides is a qualified photographer and videographer, Ines will help you capture some great images to remember your cruise. Antonio is a great skipper! If I could give 6 stars I would.

Wow! What a trip. This truly was one of the best experiences I have ever been on and excellent value for money. Antonio and Ines were fantastic hosts/guides, the boat was fantastic and the whole evening was magical. The sunset views made it a night we will never forget. Would highly recommended.

We booked last minute and got lucky. The cruise, cocktail, olive oil tasting, commentary on sights and hospitality were just excellent. Unique experience compared to the other boats. Could not have been better.

River cruise was an amazing experience. A must do in porto. The guides Antonio and her female coworker (whose name i forgot but started with "I") made the experience perfect. The were very enthusiastic, professional, polite and knowledgeable about the porto history. High recommendation. The port was easy to find without any hassle and stress.

WOW!! My husband and I signed up for this tour due to its uniqueness of having an olive oil tasting along the Douro River. Inez and Antonio were so knowledgeable about the olive oil but also about all the landmarks along the river. If you don’t know how delicious Portugal’s olive oil is, this tour will introduce you to some of the best! I would highly recommend doing the sunset tour, it was so gorgeous and Inez took the BEST pictures of us with the most epic sunset!!! This tour was the highlight of our Porto trip✨🤩

We had the most amazing boat trip on the Douro with Douro Wonders yesterday! ✨🚤 The boat is absolutely beautiful, incredibly comfortable, and decorated with such great taste. Inês and António were wonderful hosts, so attentive and friendly, and the cocktails they served us were fantastic! 🍸 The boat was navigated so smoothly and calmly that, by the end of the trip, we all felt completely relaxed, simply enjoying the stunning scenery and each other’s company. 🌅 It was an unforgettable experience, and we couldn’t recommend Douro Wonders enough! We will definitely be doing it again! ❤️🥂

It was a transformative and unique experience that taught me a lot about the city of Porto, offering comfort and beautiful views; these great amenities were made possible and provided by our incredible guides Inês and António, who provided us with excellent food and drink, including an olive oil tasting and a pink Porto tonic that kept me connected to the city and allowed me to learn more about its gastronomy; the landscapes were very pleasant, which, besides being wonderful, also educated me. I recommend this experience to everyone who has the opportunity to have it and who wants to know a little more about the city beyond just having a good time.

Antonio and Ines welcomed us warmly onto their boat. They are professional, spontaneous, and natural, a perfect mix. As for the boat, it is first of all magnificent and very comfortable, with beautiful benches, plants, and blankets. The tastings are on par with the setting. The experience is memorable.

A wonderful experience. Inés and Antonio are 10/10 hosts. We booked it without knowing anything because we saw them in a shopping mall, and it couldn't have gone better!!! I recommend it to anyone, they took us across all the bridges telling us their history, all accompanied by a very special gin and tonic and an olive oil tasting. We ended up at the sea watching a wonderful sunset. They recommended places to see and eat that were a great choice. We will return without a doubt, I wish you the best in this business that you started a few months ago and you do it with so much enthusiasm and a lot of care.
