Porto: Private 6 Bridges Tour, Douro River With Sunset Option

Captain and our guide were both excellent. Very helpful with boarding, great hospitality with check ins throughout the cruise. We had only 6 passengers total on our cruise which was lovely. Lots of great history shared about the 6 bridges and shore sites.

Fun, relaxing cruise. Great way to see Porto and Gaia without crowds. Sofia was attentive and personable and the boat was comfortable.

Excellent experience all round! Pedro and his wife were great hosts. They really looked after us on their beautiful boat and gave us lots of interesting information about Porto’s history, culture and people. They were also really flexible in changing our original booking to accommodate the weather which we really appreciated. We would highly recommend their tour!

Wonderful cruise - leaned a lot about the area from Pietro, and Silvia was a great captain. Appreciated the snacks and drinks, and the boat was quite new, clean and well-appointed. FYI the boat leaves from a marina about 15-20min from central Porto, requiring an Uber ride, so plan accordingly.

The experience was super fun and a great way to see Porto from the river side with lovely hosts Pedro and Sylvie while learning about local history and culture. Thanks again!

I had a wonderful time on this tour. The guides were wonderful, thoughtful and knowledgeable. I so enjoyed it being just us on the boat, with our freshly made Port tonics as we sailed up and down the river looking at the sites and learning about the history of the area. It’s a bit more money than others, but was worth every penny not to be crowded on a boat with a 100 people. Highly recommend Pedro y Pedro team on this tour.

Pedro and his wife toured our extended family of 5 on a private tour through the 6 bridges on a beautiful sunny day. It was relaxing and educational. We were able to see the many sights of Porto and Gaia, and learn about the Portuguese culture and customs. Pedro and his wife are a delightful, friendly and personable couple that absolutely made the trip one to remember. I will recommend to others. They are the best guides you could ask for!

The service was incredible, our captain and crew Miguel and Liliana were fabulous hosts and very accommodating. We loved the views and were able to take some fantastic photos of Porto from the river.

Highest recommendation for a relaxing 2 hr private cruise in the Douro. Pedro shared history to enrich the tour, as well as personal stories as he grew up in the neighborhood on the river. Includes water, wine and a generous charcuterie plate. Pedro and his wife were lovely hosts for this perfect tour on a Sunday morning. Happy to support this small family business!

Wonderful, Loved the guides. They grew up in Porto and new the history. Wine and cheese. Sat on the front of the boat in the sun with my family. Perfect. Would do it again in a second.

Excellent trip, such lovely guides / hosts. Even though the weather wasn’t great they still kindly took me out and adapted the trip (I was only in Porto for 48hrs). I have done lots of tours and the friendly nature of this one was second to none. They we kind enough to give me more than one complimentary drink, as well as some nibbles. Highly recommend this company - they are a new business and they thoroughly deserve to do well!

What a wonderful morning on the river. There was a mixup in the booking but rather than cancel us with apologies (which is what happened on the prior tour we had tried to book), Pedro met us at the dock and explained what had happened and that he had arranged for Eduardo and Inez to take us out on the river (on a fancier boat no less). It was clear Pedro was very focused on customer service. Inez and Eduardo were delightful and we had a wonderful morning. We learned things about the area as well as Portuguese culture plus had a little wine and some snacks. This was a great way to spend 2 hours in Porto. Highly recommend!

Lovely 2 hour excursion on the Douro! The trip was very relaxing and both Pedro and Claudio are so welcoming and informative. This trip is not to be missed!

We had an AMAZING time!!! The whole trip was absolutely perfect. Silvia and Pedro were very responsive by email, well organised and great hosts. They spoke French and English. Took nice pictures of us. We sipped some lovely sparking wine and put our own music on board. I highly recommend this experience. Thank you so much again !!!

The views were incredible, the very good wine Pedro and Silvia were welcoming and without a doubt show that they have a lot of love for their city, and also for what they do. I recommend everyone to visit the port for the first time to take a tour with these fantastic local "guides".

We were lucky enough to be two people on the tour. The atmosphere was excellent. Piedro explained everything wonderfully and answered every question we had. And because I was given blankets straight away, I didn't notice the morning cold much, despite the sunshine. We can recommend the tour without reservation.

Magnifique tour en bateau, nous étions 8 amis et nous avons été super bien reçu par l’équipage qui était très sympathique. Pendant 2h nous avons navigué le long du Douro, nous avons même pu nous baigner pendant 15min, c’était très agréable. On nous a offert un verre de Gin Tonic à chacun, quelques bières et des biscuits apéritifs. Le bateau avait sa propre enceinte pour mettre de la musique, c’était l’ambiance ! Je vous recommande +++ cette activité si vous êtes entre amis.
