Suzanna was a very enthusiastic guide and we had a fun time on our day trip. It was nice to be in an intimate group and see some quieter parts of Portugal.
Overall fantastic day trip! Each place was unique in its own way. Weather was fantastic, our guide (who was doing the tour for 24 Spanish people and 5 English speakers - me being one of them) did an amazing job communicating not only in both languages but continued to find time to have one-on-one chats with us at every site! Our only complaint: the bus got VERY hot throughout the afternoon - other guests were complaining and it got VERY uncomfortable. “Air conditioning” was on but with very little pressure and ironically the adjustable vents don’t point at anybody’s face!
My daughter Cressida and I enjoyed a great tour with Aldrin today. We learned a lot about the local area, and we were impressed by his extensive knowledge and superb command of English all given with charm and humour. Thank you for a lovely day. Five star guide.
The tour of Aviero and nearby towns and sights was informational and interesting. We saw a lot of things that we wouldn't have known to look for had we done it ourselves. The driver George was very good and Cuber our guide was very knowledgeable about all of the places we visited as well as very approachable and friendly. The only feedback is that the time spent in Aviero for lunch was too short for us as we would have liked longer to look around. Other than that we would look forward to another tour with them.
Very informative tour. Tour guides were knowledgeable and very accommodating.
Ze was an excellent guide, funny, engaging and multilingual. Silva was an excellent driver; friendly, always on time and got us where we needed to be quickly.
We did the Aveiro full day tour with Francisco. We enjoyed the tour and Francisco was a fine guide. We recommend this tour for all.
Francisco was great! Got to see various cute towns while learning about them.
Our guide, Susannah, was very friendly, enthusiastic and informative. Costa Novo, Aveiro and the two churches were very interesting. Aveiro was a great little town, but the boat ride was a little disappointing. Too crowded with uncomfortable seating and not really a lot to see from the canals. But all in all, a very worthwhile experience.
Aveiro and Costa Nova did not disappoint. They are picture-perfect destinations. Bruno was a charming and knowledgeable tour guide. Not only did he provide details about Aveiro and Costa Nova, he also gave us interesting insights about Portugal along our journey. Our driver, Manuel, was warm, friendly, and an excellent driver. I highly recommend this tour!
Bruno O & Manuel great tour guides
Bruno.O and Manuel were amazing! Very professional. We had a great time.

Very Nice! My family Is love! The Guide is Very good!
Like all the places. Beautiful towns, great weather.
Great day trip! Saw highlights and had fun.
Our guide Henk, was an outstanding tour guide who gave a little Portugal history along with scenic views. He even added a view of a church on the beach. He never rushed us but allowed us to enjoy the views.
Great tour with Joao Campos to Aveiro and Costa Nova - very nice experience, Joao was nice and engaging - Living Tours deserves its well known reputation.
Our guide Joao Campos, was amazing! He las lots of patience to answer our questions and he explained everything very well. Highly recommend this company and this tour guide for your next visit.
Felipe and Joel did a great job and we had a wonderful day with our friends. The only downside was the guide on the boat ride whose English was so bad, we didn’t understand a word. Other than that everything was perfect and beautiful!!
I really enjoyed the day. Felipe our guide and Ruelle were both professional and helpful. The day was informative. I appreciated being able to choose my lunch spot.
A great way to see some of the country outside the city. The ride was safe and comfortable. The guide did a wonderful job providing clear instructions to keep us on time, along with history and answering questions. I might have liked more free time in Aveiro, but for the time we had, we got a lot packed in. Thanks to Rui B and Diego for a nice afternoon.
We went today to Aviora with my family, the guide Mr Joao Campus was brilliant, he made the day, most important he is very empathetic. At the end of journey he even helped us to get a taxi back. He is an asset to the company and we whole team has hesitation in recommending him.
It was fun having tour with living tours . Thank you
A really enjoyable trip from start to finish, with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere throughout. João Campos provided insightful, entertaining and often humorous commentary between stops. There was plenty of time for a great lunch in Aveiro, following a brief and enjoyable boat trip along the canals. (Mr Stomp, the boat guide certainly highlighted what a great job João was doing). We were dropped off right in the heart of Porto in good time, thanks to the excellent driving from Tiago. The whole team were brilliant, including their help with organising our luggage before the trip.
I had an amazing experience on the tour today! Everything was wonderfully organized, from the itinerary to the beautiful cities and villages we visited. A special thank you to our tour guide, **João Campos**, who was extremely knowledgeable and shared so much information with us in such an engaging, fun, and entertaining way. He was incredibly caring and attentive throughout the entire tour, making sure everyone felt comfortable and well taken care of. And a big thank you to **Tiago, our driver**, for driving us safely and smoothly throughout the day. The whole experience was fantastic, and both João and Tiago made the day even more special. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a memorable, enjoyable, and well-organized experience!
The tour was amazing and Francisco was a super guide that made the tour way more enjoyable
Francisco was a very good guide. Enjoyed the whole day.
Susanne was amazing tour guide and made all the difference. She was funny, so knowledgeable and kept the group on time. Small van was very comfortable- 8 persons was great. Enjoyed this tour very much. Full day was great. Just enough time everywhere
The Guide Susan was just fantastic. Absolutely to recommend.
We went with our guide Susanna. She was amazing, funny and very knowledgeable about Aveiro, Costa Nova and other sites. She made the experience fun, and had us laughing all the destinations. Great guide!
Excellent Guide João, loved the boat ride and Aviero is just lovely and the Costa Nova houses fabulous
Good trip to see a number of sites and enjoyed the boat tour. Didn’t feel rushed at all, however think we could have completed the tour in half a day, rather than taking the whole day. Had quite a bit of time at Aveiro and the walking tour was literally a walk around the back streets pointing out restaurants for lunch - not a lot of content/information on the place. Not too far from Porto, although the guide did drive very fast! Costa Nova and the churches at the end of the trip were lovely and completely unique, definitely worth going to see. Overall had an enjoyable day!
Very good day. Good guide, comfortable mini bus (only 5 guests) and pleasantly unrushed
Great trip hitting many highlights. Free time in locations to explore after good information about the area.
Great way to get out of Porto for a day, and experience some of the Charming smaller cities in the area. Our guide and driver were wonderful. Thanks, Filipe and Joel!
Felipe was an excellent guide. Very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend this tour and Felipe. Joel was a very good bus driver and always greeted us with a smile.
We had a wonderful experience on this tour! Everything was well organized, and our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging throughout the trip. We learned a lot about the local history and culture while still having enough time to enjoy the scenery and explore. The whole experience was relaxed and enjoyable, and we really appreciated our guide’s effort in making the day memorable. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area!
Our guide was Francisco and the tour was great. The places were beautiful and we had time enough to visit the main spots (all of them unforgettable). Highly recommend it.
Zè was a very good guide who showed us many places and interesting spots to visit and see he also recommended a local restaurant in Aveiro where locals eat.
A very nice tour with our excellent guide Joao Campus. A lot of nteresting information in every destination of the day. In all a perfect tour!
Filipe was a fantastic tour guide - so friendly, courteous & knowledgeable. The trip consisted of a small group & everyone was friendly & prompt, too!! The tour took us to some beautiful places, everywhere was so clean & peaceful - so different from Porto & well worth visiting to appreciate another side of Portugal.
It was first time in Portugal. We were accompanied on the trip by Filipe, a wonderful, very pleasant, and polite guide. I think traveling in a small group was the best choice.
Aldrin was awesome!!! The tour was small, 8 people and Iin English (not multilingual) was great. Makes.a difference when it's small, one language and personalized. Loved the spots, no delays. Highly recommended buy make sure it's one language and small group.
Our guide, João Campos, was very knowledgeable and friendly. All of the stops were beautiful. Highly recommend!!
We had a great trip with our guide Charvez. Everything went smoothly including the pick-up and drop-off. He was very knowledgable, and spoke fluent Spanish and English.
Great experience. Helder and Maykel were great!!!
Very nice tour. Joao Campos was great guide
