Porto Private Airport Arrival Transfer

I booked and prepaid for an airport transport in Porto to my hotel. I arrived on time and waited in the designated area but the driver never showed. When I called the Viator contact number in Porto they told me he came and left. I asked why he didn't phone me if he was really there as they had my name and phone number. They had no explanation and simply said sorry we will refund you. I took a taxi from the airport which turned out to be less expensive.

The operation was very responsive. The driver stayed in touch with me while I was traveling. I recommended using this company.

Everything went as expected. The driver met us with a sign and helped us to the car. We were glad to have the transfer agreement

Very disappointing because we never received the service. Our driver, Ricardo, left without picking us up to go to another client and without giving us another option to get to our hotel leaving us to find our own transportation. The issue was the two and a half hour wait to get through customs which we later found out is common at the Porto Airport. Given that the driving service is local we believe they should have set up an appropriate pickup time rather telling us they waited 2 hours which was sufficient. It was not. We requested a refund because we did not use the service and were refused. Therefore, we are very unhappy clients and would recommend others find a different service. Our hotel told us this would have not happened if we had booked through them.

I paid 63 euros to have a private driver waiting. My flight was delayed but the company had my information and stated they would follow my arrival times. After going through immigration which took 1 hour which is normal due to the awful euro immigration system, our driver had already left with another paying customer. We would have to wait at least 60 more minutes before a new driver to arrive. Be aware. An Uber costs $21 for an xL, and I was paying $63 for the convenience of a driver waiting standby. Company refuses to refund me and I took uber instead. Don’t book with this company.

Our flight was delayed by an hour and we could not get a hold of anyone when we finally landed. We tried the app messaging as well as phone. No one responding to me when it was 11:30 pm after 15 hours of traveling was frustrating.

It was a good first impression of our visit to Porto. The driver was punctual, polite and super helpful. I strongly recommend this company.

He was right outside of customs and took us directly to the car and got us to our hotel safely. Thank you!

Our driver was not at the airport when we arrived. After making five calls to the tour operator, our driver arrived over an hour later. The company explained that it was their fault in the booking process. When our driver arrived, instead of taking us out the nearest exit door (as all of the other companies picking up their guests) he took us on a long walk to a parking garage. My friend, who has a bad back, was pushing a cart full of heavy luggage. The driver was also walking a fast pace which made it hard for the three of us to keep up. In the end, Viator did refund half of the trip cost.

More than worth the price. Our driver was early, easy to find and communicate with.car was super clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommend! Our driver, Fillip, was amazing! He messaged me before we landed and informed us each step of the way until we reached the meeting location within the airport. He talked about some of the sights we passed on the way to the hotel and even recommended some local foods. Such a great experience!
