Was really looking forward to this and it didn't disappoint. Walking through the tunnels and listening to the stories was really interesting. Then finishing the experience on the VR machines was really fun. The price was really good for what you did. It only took an hour maybe a bit longer for us as we were early and caught the end of the stories but we were allowed to stay and listen from the beginning. Wasn't over crowded when we went but there was plenty of room. I would definitely recommend this experience. We will be coming back for the Dino experience.

Discover the stories and legends that are part of Porto’s identity in an immersive and interactive experience at the Furnas da Alfândega. Porto Legends begins with a journey through 10 of the city’s legends in a 360º audiovisual show, featuring projections, animation, music, and narration by Pedro Abrunhosa in Portuguese and Jeremy Irons in English. Once you’ve discovered the legends, it’s time to become part of them. Transform into one of the characters from Porto Legends using Artificial Intelligence and take home a video of your transformation. The adventure culminates in an exciting new experience: a metaverse experience (LBVR), where the line between discovering and living the legends disappears. Enter this universe, explore virtual environments, interact with the space, and solve challenges in a mission to help preserve the city’s memory and intangible heritage. More than just discovering Porto’s legends, come and live them.

No wortith for money at all. Very poor show. Just standing and listening history for 45 min.Not recomending.
⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointing experience due to unprofessional staff conduct I recently visited Porto Legends with my family, including an elderly relative in a wheelchair and a young child in a buggy. While the exhibition itself was well presented and enjoyable, the behaviour of a staff member named Maria João was deeply concerning and detracted from the overall experience. From the outset, her attitude was discourteous and unwelcoming during the ticket check. Later, she addressed my family members in an abrupt and impolite manner while directing them downstairs. Another staff member kindly assisted them with the lift, confirming it was appropriate to use. However, upon arrival, Maria confronted our group, shouting aggressively that we should not have used it. Despite our calm explanation, she continued to raise her voice, snatched tickets from my 10-year-old son, and even pushed another visitor who appeared visibly shocked by her behaviour. She later accused us of not having sufficient tickets, only to be corrected by her colleague that children under five did not require one. No apology or acknowledgement followed. Such behaviour is entirely unacceptable in a customer-facing role. I sincerely hope management addresses this matter promptly through appropriate training and supervision to ensure other visitors do not experience the same treatment.
Fun way to spend an early evening -family of 5 adults - first visit to Porto for 3 of us. It was immersive and interesting to learn more of Porto’s history. Easy to find and interesting to also see the Custom’s building.
Old technology projectors being used to tell the story of 10 Porto legends. After 3 the novelty had worn off. Grainy images are projected onto the surrounding walls as a voice tells each story. I think it’s probably been there for some time and is in need of an upgrade.
Amateur effort. Poorly organised. We expected at least reasonable effects, but it’s about as good as my Dad and his slide projections!
We saw Porto legends. This was a very immersive and entertaining experience. We felt that we were amongst the different figures from history as each legend was told. Artistic and informative.
I usually don't go for "gimmicks" like this. It's just a laser show, isn't it? But this show was very reasonably priced. Told pieces of history. The narration was great. And the projections were pretty good. And walking thru the projections as they played movies was cool, too. I would definitely recommend this.
I love to discover the long historical side of Porto. Away from the heat and the stories telling was great ! Would definitely recommend to all my friends to experience it.
Went there after being at the World of Discover which is opposite. It’s underground in what was the Customs building- great cool place to be on a hot day. Really interesting history of Porto and a pretty reasonable price as well.
The stories were good. It was a simple history lesson. If you have nothing else to do I would recommend, but it was not exciting or special.
We visited 3 destinations. Aviera, Fatima and Obidos. The driver was very nice and calming. The drive was professional and we arrived in Lisbon when we expected. Driver ensured great door to door service.
It was a wonderful tour of the history of what occurred in the past in Porto/Portugal. The sound quality was great. It is available in different languages. I had a great time and it was fast enough to enjoy other tours in the city.
Not overly thrilling to be honest. It was immersive but not overly interesting think there are other ways to learn about Porto
Very the most beautiful relaxing place in Istanbul the lights changed and reflected the columns in the water. It was amazing that they could have done all this so far back then. I loved it.
I loved it!! It was so informative and I loved having the audio guide and being able to walk around. I would definitely recommend it, you learn a lot about Porto and it is very eye opening. The one thing that I will keep saying is that the service sucks and the staff is rude which is the only thing that prevented me from giving it a full 5 stars!
What a marvellous surprise! We were amazed at how good this experience was telling the story of Porto . Very entertaining and informative for both kids and adults. Stunning visuals and an excellent use of this building .
We had an very good experience - it was dynamic and engaging. Discovering the Legends of Porto was truly enjoyable, and definitely worth taking the hour out to learn about Porto’s history in a fun and engaging manner.
Very poor, superficial texts. There is some material but it is not developed and little context given. The Alfandega buildings are impressive but the show is the opposite.
Event was canceled with no notice. We showed up at the time on our ticket just to be told that the show had been canceled.
Gave you a very informative glimpse of Porto history, and you felt like you were looking in. Real enjoyed it.
We really enjoyed this experience. We learnt about some Porto legends and the visuals were lovely to watch. It was nice to visit this experience and to take time out from the busy streets of Porto
I had the opportunity to have this experience during a vacation in Porto. Perhaps my expectations were too high. From the point of view of visual effects, the environment is suggestive in itself and somehow this it could be an added value, but during the vision I had the feeling that I was missing something, whether I was standing or walking along the aisles. The background sounds are sometimes disturbing and distracting, rather than helping immersion. The narrative text is somewhat disappointing. Many of the stories, if not all, seem to be left in suspense, but fail to give a true sense of mystery or legendary, if that was the intention.. Overall, I did not dislike it, but just for the experience of this exhibition type, I would not do it again and I will not reccomend it to my friend.
Boring, legends are ok but the story teller was not interesting missed something else to make it captivating. I saw some people sleeping
I personally loved it si here the mark but my kids age 12 and 14 found it boring especially my 12 yo. Beautifull colours and animated details
A good activity for a rainy day we enjoyed learning about stories from Porto we’d otherwise not have heard about. There are other exhibits on at different times during the day too
Within this amazing activity, the visitor can feel as witness of the history of Porto and legends around it. Information is provided in many languages.
Really nice and something you can do to get additional information about the history of Porto. It is also cool inside, so if the weather is too hot you can go in here.
Really interesting and fun experience. Great for both adults and children. Amazing way to learn about some history of Porto
This was an amazing presentation. Would definitely recommend seeing. This is a 360 degree presentation of the 10 Legends of Porto.
A very nice experience, you can find out a lot about Porto in an innovative and interesting way. You can walk around in the undergrounds and enjoy the music/pictures.
Great idea and wonderful realization! A little pricy but worth it. Great to discover some of the Porto’s hidden secrets and legends thru an amazing show. Very much recommended!
I'm not sure how to feel about this experience. The stories were kind of interesting but confusing at times. The different perspectives also don't help to clarify things. Although the concept is new and interesting, it's not worth 15 Euros for me.
We expected to learn some facts about porto history, but that where just very shallow legends that are mostly not historical facts.
It’s very good made. My friend and I enjoy a lot. How they show and tell stories is amazing. I do like it so much. Recommend! There are some stories very interesting. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍😍😍😍😍
A fantastic and incredible experience. It's really fascinating all the videos on the walls and the stories very interesting. Totally recommend the show to anyone who wants to know more about Porto with art included.
10 legendary stories depicted Porto as a mysterious city, by using the best projection effect I have ever seen. Its history is worth exploring and way more than you can imagine. Porto not only just has Port Wine. 5-star recommendation!
An incredible journey through the time, history and folklore of Porto. Absolutely amazing with every scene, it makes us feel like part of the action, full of amazing scenarios and colors! A unique experience to be lived up close, great for any age, discovering the magic of legends and myths of this city. Unmissable!
Great show, amazing location!!! It is super interesting and cultural, the concept is super modern and fits perfectly in the architecture.
Very good show to know the Legends of Oporto, amazing experience! I recommend going with friends and or family, children included
Show that makes us know the city differently! Amazing projections!!! Mandatory stop in Porto. Fantastic for children!!
Wonderful experience!!! It's very worth it!
Very interesting stories, beautiful and high-quality images, great and very interactive virtual reality! I 100% recommend
Not as bad as it looks. Just sitting in a room watching some bad AI-like videos
If you are used to incredible immersive exhibitions, don't have such high expectations 😅 We were expecting a tour with audio descriptions for each legend, but only the first one has a description. The stories are told using images one after another in a large room. It can be difficult to follow, because each seat does not have access to the same screens and important events sometimes happen on screens that are not visible from everywhere. We would have liked an audio description, it would have helped a lot, especially since each legend was only told on the surface.
The experience is great, we go back into the room and immediately the experience and immersion begin. The projections are great we are really well immersed and each projection is well thought out about why I project this here and not there. My only flaw in the experience would be the audio guide whose quality is not top (some sizzling)
Very nice immersion and history in several parts. Possibility to sit while watching the different scenes and listening to the narrator
Easy to reach, special location. We looked at the legends of Porto. A little further away from the center, yet, even with children, to walk well. Staff moderately friendly but ok. The legends are translated into many languages via headphones. The visual effects were great. Kids loved it, so did we. The 5-year-old was still a bit overwhelmed, but overall it was perfectly fine. Recommended.
The history of Porto is told with a staging composed of lights and music quite captivating. This journey through history is very moving and captivates both young and old!
A fantastic sound and light experience to discover the history of port in several legends. An audio headset allows you to follow the progress in several languages. Nice experience.
