My husband and I love taking food tours because you get to experience the local cuisine in small bites while you walk through the areas and get a feel for the history

Sergio was great. Highly recommend. We have been on many food tours in Europe and this was one of the best. Food and wine were exceptional. 100% recommend. We actually did the wine and port not beer tour.

My husband and I really enjoyed this tour. Flavine was our fabulous guide and treated us to a relaxing evening of really good beer, yummy eats, and a feel for Porto’s culture. Definitely a highlight of our trip.

Overall a great experience to try/taste some local iconic foods/wine. The walking tour covered a fair and varied range of locations where you get to learn more about the city. Sergio, our tour guide, was very friendly, knowledgeable and engaging.

What a pleasure it was to explore the streets of Porto with our wonderful guide - Rita? ( I hope I have her name right - I kind of forgot it). She was incredibly knowledgeable about the city, the wine and food. Also, her personality was perfect for connecting to our whole group! She answered all our questions without hesitation and shared so much information about the places we stopped at, the dishes we were enjoying and the wine pairings we had. I would definitely recommend this tour and especially have them request our wonderful guide ... Rita?

The guide, Flavie, was excellent! The selection of foods were very interesting and tasted great. She provided a lot of great comments that helped us understand the history and context of the foods.

This was a very enjoyable tour seeing the breweries and enjoying their beers while also making some new friends on the way. Everyone we mwt was friendly and proud to show off their beers.

Flavie was an excellent guide and this tour was more than we expected. So much food and wine!!! Got to try foods and restaurants we would not have found on our own and learned a little history of the city in the process. 100% worth it and recommend you start your trip with it.

Flavie took us through the market to try cod, sardines, meat and wine. Then we had a city tour ending up with a wine/port tasting with meat and sweet pastries. Very informative and yummy! Good overview of port from wine shop.

Absolutely — I’d keep the warmth and enthusiasm you have, while making it flow a little more naturally and polished for a travel-site review. I absolutely loved this food tour! We were introduced to so many wonderful local spots and authentic Portuguese cuisine, and every stop was an experience in itself. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and passionate. We truly benefited from his love of Portugal and from the obvious pride he takes in sharing his country, its food, and its culture with visitors. And the scenery was just as amazing as the food and wine! There honestly wasn’t a single part of the experience that I didn’t enjoy. I have to admit, I was especially surprised by how much I enjoyed the canned fish — it was absolutely delicious! Thank you for such a wonderful introduction to Portugal and for an amazing experience that I will remember for a long time. Highly recommended!

What a great way to start my trip in Portugal! Sergio was a great guide and the food was amazing. Come with an appetite because they will feed you generous portions (which as a foodie, I adored) and full wine glasses. If you have a chance I 100% recommend this tour as it was truly a highlight of my time in Porto.
