⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Tour with Kiko in Porto! We had an amazing experience exploring Porto with Kiko as our tour guide. He shared the rich history of the city in a way that was both informative and engaging. During the tour, he guided us through many of Porto's highlights, including the Metro system, beautiful churches, and a wonderful visit to Fonseca for a Porto wine tasting. Kiko was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and polite throughout the entire tour. Our group consisted of six people, and he effortlessly guided us in both English and Portuguese, making everyone feel included and comfortable. He was fun to talk to and always happy to answer questions and share interesting facts about Porto and its culture. His passion for the city truly showed, and it made our visit even more memorable. I would absolutely book another tour with Kiko and highly recommend him to anyone visiting Porto. Rui was the best guide! He was so knowledgeable and fun. He also gave us great recommendations for places around the city. It felt like we were locals.

We did this private tour with Bernard With Living Tours. The weather was rainy and cold, but we had an enjoyable time. Bernard was very knowledgeable and gave us some unique insights about Porto and the Portuguese culture. We did a driving tour around the city first to get our bearings, including the beach. We then did a walking tour including the train station which is a must see. We ended the tour in Gaia with a port wine tasting at Fonseca. Be prepared for hills, lots of walking, wear layers. A great time and hopefully you will have Bernard as a guide, he is excellent!

We had a great 4 hour private tour of Porto with Rui from Living Private Tours. The guide picked us up at the port where our Celebrity cruise docked. He showed us the landmarks of the city, taking photos along the way and then took us to Fonseca for a tour of how port wine is produced. We tasted 3 different port wines and had a wonderful time. We would definitely book this tour operator again.

Our guide Jose was excellent with a detailed knowledge of history and key attractions. The tour was very complete and we enjoyed every minute. As it was a private tour for 4 people we had comfortable accommodations in our vehicle.

My parents and I had a very special and beautiful tour with Luís Neves as our guide. Luís was amazing! He was incredibly knowledgeable about every site we visited. He was considerate and compassionate with our needs. He surpassed even my mom’s deep knowledge of history and entertained her hunger to know more. He was flexible and kind in regards to the special needs of my dad (early Alzheimer’s patient). He made me want to learn more about the city and country and even about his experiences in life. I highly recommend Luís and these tours. Request Luís if you can.

Jose Camarinha was a wonderful host. He was energetic and knowledgeable. We very much enjoyed the Fonseca wine tasting and the views of Porto from Gaia.

First we received details about tiles at Sao Bento station, about the area around Porto Cathedral. Then we got in a car and our guide, Paolo took us around the centre of the city and gave us a lot of information about it. We finished the tour with wine tasting at WOW where we got to know about wine production as well.

The views of the city and the visit to the train station were great and so was the port wine tasting. I think we needed more time for the tour.

This was an excellent tour. The tour guide was excellent. He showed us the most important sites in Porto. We also visited Gaia and tasted Port.

This tour with Jorge was the first excursion on our busy Porto agenda. My mom and I loved every moment. To have such a knowledgeable driver pick us up right in front of our hotel and then take us on such a personalized tour of Porto was incredible. Throughout the tour, Jorge made it a point to show us key landmarks. He shared stories behind the creation of certain statues, gave us the history on many restaurants and even showed us the best shopping places. He was so patient with my requests as a photographer, stopping to make sure I got all the perfect shots. Jorge was absolutely the most thoughtful tour guide we've ever had. We sat down at the end of our wine tour and he made a list of restaurants we should try throughout our trip. He even made sure we knew where to get on the train for our day trip to Lisbon. This tour is designed very well and the price is amazing for all that is included. Having Jorge as our tour guide really helped set the tone for the remainder of our trip. Each day, we would reflect on his guidance and recommendations. We knew which ATM machines not to use thanks to Jorge. We knew where to get the best francesinha thanks to Jorge. He was just so personable and a real joy to meet.

We had a wonderful tour of beautiful Porto, culminating with a visit to one of the famed port houses. Our guide was personable, intelligent, and had a great sense of humor. Highly recommend!

Nuno was awesome. We had a fantastic day, never feeling rushed and hearing more than we could ever retain. But if we learned 20% of what Nuno could offer from local tidbits to Portuguese history we will have benefitted. The tour was great for us since we were to be in Porto for only a couple of days. He arrived on time and was willing to adjust plans to prioritize our choice of items to emphasize.

Overall a very good and attentive tour guide (very charismatic character) Good knowledge, though he did not always gather the group together when sharing information (this happened more so at the end of the tour) The tour was half in English, half in Spanish (to accommodate all tourists). Though this was not his fault, I would have preferred to be made aware of this, as the tour in theory could have been shorter and this cheaper

Balthazar is the best tour guide you can get yourself to visit Porto Visiting the city with a local that knows mano insights, about history, culture and politics is a must A ver precise tour that shows you all the most important sightings, he is very prepares and speaks many languages and was able to adress all my questions

The tour took us through the key spots of the city and within half a day we got a good sense of the city and it's history. Our guide, Luis, was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had a lovely morning with him.

We knew when Maria picked us up at the Hotel we were in for a great tour! Maria was warm and welcoming, proud of her beautiful city and so knowledgeable. We enjoyed listening to her stories of this ancient city and the rich and interesting history she is obviously passionate about. She took us to a lovely cafe for coffee and pastries and people watching. The last part of the tour was a Port tasting visit to Real Companhia Velha. We highly recommend this tour especially if you are lucky enough to have Maria as your guide.

Maria was excellent in showing us around. Even though the weather was not good but she took extra effort to make sure that our experience was A+. Presence of her colleagues (Martha and Irina) made the trip extra memorable.

We had Living tours take care of all our transportation needs from the time we disemabarked from our cruise to the 3 day stay in Barcelona. The transfers were all timely and they were very easy to communicate with. We were a group of 24, but it was not a problem at all. Daniela was so efficient and booked us 3 full day tours of Barcelona and Giron and suggested the Flamenco experience which is the best! Anabela was absolutely amazing! Her English was superb, she had so much information at each stop but still took the time to answer everyone's questions. Our stops were great and ending the tour at a Port wine cellar was ideal. If you are in Porto fir a short time this is the tour you should take!

Our experience was a bit disappointing. Aside from being late by 40 minutes as we understand things happen..:: There was no plan for sight seeing by the tour guide and very disorganized, he just kept asking us what we wanted to see, but we were not from the area so didn’t know. He also didn’t navigate well and claimed he forgot where exact location of port tasting in Gaia was as his phone died and we gave him charging cable. Inside the car, was nice and clean and spacious for us as 2 couples, but the guide did not use the driving time to describe anything on the way unless we asked questions about what we are seeing. Finally, not much walking just more seeing things from car window…unless we specifically requested to stop. The tour company did give us a discount for our experience and was apologetic.

We had a great time on this tour with Gonzalo! He was able to accommodate some of our requests and was very patient while we enjoyed our time at port tasting. We learned a lot about Portuguese culture and history too- would recommend this to friends!

Our diver/guide, Newno, was wonderful. He picked us up on time and took us through the city and out to the coast. The vehicle was great and we could not have asked for more.

Our guide tour, Martin, was outstanding not only in his knowledge but also in his ability to switch from English to Spanish and viceversa. His easy going personality, kindness, flexibility to accommodate our needs was truly remarkable. We were a party of three and would highly recommend Martin for his professionalism. As a result of our experience today it may us consider and desire another tour to Braga and Gimerais tomorrow if Martin May be assigned to handle the tour.

Our tour guide Carlos was absolutely excellent. He had to do the tour in both French and English for our group. He was very friendly and showed a great sense of humour. He was also very helpful in guiding us to find other sites that we wanted to see in the city of Porto. My friend and I would highly recommend his tour!
