Paulo was our driver who was waiting for us in the Arrivals Hall. He communicated via whatsapp that he was there waiting for us which was comforting to know when we landed and turned on the phone. Paulo is a super friendly driver who gave us a lovely welcome to Portugal and also recommended some places to go and foods to try out. The viano van was very clean and comfortable. We will certainly use this airport transfer service again. One of my friends realised after drop off that her passport was missing, I rang Paulo to check his van and thankfully it was in the van- he went out of his way to bring it back to us- thank you Paulo :)

Tiago was our driver and was the best! Met us in the airport and gave us some history and recommendations on our way to our hotel from the Porto Airport to our hotel in Gaia.

I was met by Tiago with a sign with my name inside the Porto airport. He quickly took my bags and we went a short distance to his black, clean Mercedes. It was rush hour as we drove to my hotel at the center city. He was an excellent driver. He filled the time with so much interesting information about Porto. He is truly an ambassador for Porto! Tiago has an excellent, friendly personality who loves his job and makes his customers feel welcomed to his beautiful country! When we arrived at my hotel, he shared some of the highlights of the location and said it was an excellent choice of hotels. He quickly take both of my suitcases to the area where I would check in the hotel and wished me a great vacation. I highly recommend Tiago! He was superb!!!!

Our driver, Emilia, was very patient as we had a very long wait passing through customs. She also was very hospitable with helpful suggestions to navigate Porto and restaurant recommendations. Even later in the evening through WhatsApp, she messaged me. So nice!

Once again, a perfect transfer. We were picked up exactly on time from our hotel to the port, which was a few minutes. The car was comfortable the driver, friendly. I am so impressed with via tour and the level of service they provide it extremely smooth, no issues. We had updates from the company they were easily accessible, answered my text right away message them through the app. It was wonderful. I cannot say good enough things about out experience from booking. To the actual day of being picked up I’m a very long overnight flight. I had great communication and reassurance with the travel company. We were met immediately by our driver who was so gracious and informative. He told us about the town. Our travel partners were to be met from another company and they had to wait at least 25 minutes. and after a long exhausting, two flights ready to be picked up kudos to this company.

Transfer was flawless. Joäo, our driver, started communicating the evening before our arrival and met us exactly as arranged. The car was clean and comfortable. We asked several questions along the way and Joäo gave us several good recommendations for local restaurants and activities. Highly recommended if you need transportation in Porto.

Miguel reached out and introduced himself and later was in constant communication with me via WhatsApp given our delayed flight. He was ready for us when we finally) exited at the main exit gate at the Porto airport. He is a consummate professional (met us in a suite and tie) and is very fluent in English. On our drive to our hotel, in very nice Mercedes E Class sedan, Miguel not only provided us both bottles of water, but pointed out several sights and gave us some suggestions for the city. MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Miguel and this car service!

As a solo traveler visiting Porto for the first time, I opted to hire a private car to pick me up and drop me off at my hotel. Pick up was seamless. My driver, Ricardo, texted me on Whatsapp when I landed, and I kept him informed on timing as I waited on a very long line at passport control. Finally got through, grabbed my suitcase from baggage claim, and there was Ricardo, right in the middle of the crowd, up front, with a big sign with my name on it. SO EASY! He wheeled my my carryon and check-in suitcase to his car, loaded everything up, and drove me to the hotel. His Mercedes was spotless, and he also provided me with a cold bottle of water. I get carsick easily, and the ride was smooth. Ricardo is an excellent driver. He also offered me some food suggestions for my trip. Highly recommend Ricardo and this vendor!
