Oporto Airport Private Arrival Transfer

Very easy process. Francisco was professional and full of great information. Highly recommended. Easily fit 7 people.

The flight was 20 minutes late. The driver obviously did not track this flight. He left and did not even send us a message. When we phoned we were told we were a no show and there was nothing they could do to help We will not use BeDriven again

Francisco was very pleasant and polite. He was at the airport when we arrived. He gave us very good tips and send us a note with ideas of “must visit” places and must try food. We are very pleased and would highly recommend him.

Our driver was punctual and drove us efficiently to our hotel. We had to change our pick-up time twice due to flight changes and cancelations at the last minute. Adjustments for these changes were made without any problems and tge company communicated with us to confirm the changes.

Joao was wonderful. He communicated clearly for us about pick up details. He was very friendly and personable, and we would definitely use him again. We were able to arrange a car seat for our toddler as well.

I had high hopes for this company since they're rated 5 stars on Viator, but I couldn't recommend them less. We had a HORRIBLE experience in Porto. Our plane landed 17 minutes late. I texted the driver as soon as we landed and again once we got to baggage claim. Unfortunately, two of our suitcases were lost, so we had to file a claim. From landing until our claim was filed, it was an hour and 15 minutes exactly. We were ready to leave the airport by 11:30am. The driver called me and told me he had another customer he had to drive, but that he could pick us up at 12:30pm. So, we waited. At 12:07pm, he called again to say he was running late and it would be at least another hour before he could pick us up. If we waited for him, we would have been waiting a total of 2 hours. AT THE DRIVER'S SUGGESTION, we instead took a cab to our hotel. The company is hardly apologetic and will not refund a single penny that we paid them. They said they only wait up to one hour for you, but this was not stated anywhere on the booking. I paid them $60 USD and a taxi cost us $30 USD. So, I ended up paying almost $100 USD for a 25 minute ride to our hotel. Do yourselves a favor and just take a taxi or Uber. There are plenty of them available, even in peak tourist season. PS The driver's other customer was also at the airport, so because he didn't drive us to our hotel, he actually saved gas and mileage overall.

We received greeting text messages even before we arrived at Porto. The driver, I think his name is Rui, was very friendly and courteous. He was there, waiting for us when we got out of the airport door. We were very happy to have him driving us.

Excellent door to door service. Rui texted us when we just landed. He greeted us at the airport luggage claims exit. And he took over our transfer to the hotel from there.

He was right there waiting outside of customs holding up a sign. It was a smooth drive into the center of Porto, and a drop off at the hotel.

Excellent transportation. Flight was delayed for one hour but the car was there when we arrived. I reall recommend them.

About as good as you can expect for this price point. Our driver was at the correct location with our name on a sign. Took us to his car which was clean, and got us to our hotel safely. Nothing fancy, but very convenient and professional. Would definitely use again!

Our driver texted us before arriving to the airport and helped carry all the luggage in the airport, to the car, out of the car and all the way to the reception are of the hotel. He also talked about points of interest in the city.

The taxi we booked through Viator was very good. The taxi driver was very friendly and very nice. He come on time and helped to carry our luggages. And also helped us to find apartment that we booked. It was really good job done. Much appreciated.

I always like to be met at the airport in international destinations, and this was a very reasonably priced option. The driver was friendly, informational and a great driver. He took us to our front door, even though it was a difficult location to get to and to get out of. I absolutely would recommend this meet and greet service.

Die Abholung am Flughafen Porto hat bestens funktioniert. Super Service des Fahrers, Koffertransport zum Auto und vom Auto in das in einer Fußgängerzone gelegen Hotel. Wir erhielten auch noch die eine oder andere Interessante Information zur Stadt. Rundum perfekt, besser geht nicht. Würden wir wieder empfehlen.
