Food was great. We enjoyed the music. People were very friendly. Food choices were steak and Cod. Both were great.

Very informative tour around the city. The traditional Portuguese dinner with wine was very good. The Fado Music was awesome. After dinner our driver drove us around and we enjoyed seeing the city lights.

The hotel pick up was on time. The driver was also our guide providing us with an orientation of the local area. The restaurant had good food and excellent Fado show. The 2 guitarists were amazing and 2 singers were also part of the show. After the show, we went to an overlook to see Porto at night.

Our tour guide Davide was fun and provided interesting stories and insights on the pre-dinner tour. The Fado show was excellent and authentic, with two singers and two musicians who performed with passion and soul. The food was alright. On the trip back to our hotel, Davide gave us a surprise night cap (ginjinha in a chocolate cup) with a breathtaking view of the river from Gaia. A very nice finish.

Great show of traditional Portuguese music with a great three course meal. Pick up and drop off with a trip to the Porto beach included!

Was a nice show made some new friends. Just wish there was a vegetarian option. The singing was enjoyable.

Driver that took us to show left us there and then when we were ready to go went walking to us and told us he could walk with us to hotel but did not have vehicle to drive us there . The show itself was beautiful and the food was good.

Small intermediate setting best tour ever taken with your company. Good food and great singing. The tour guide who was also the driver pointed out landmarks and explained the history of what we were seeing.

What a delightful evening with our tour guide Andrea. The Fado show was very nice and we were so happy with our table (the best in the restaurant). Enjoyed my Octupus dinner and vinho verde wine. Then Andrea took us through the city at night and parked by the bridge to have Porto wine in the chocolate cups. That was such a nice surprise. Definitely recommend this tour.

Best evening in Porto. Do not miss your chance. Best meal in Porto and the fado was not as depressing as expected. Both singers were great. I loved Rita. My husband preferred paolo !well planned timing good/music etc. Lovely service! Truly a great night evening out and 40 euros well spent.

We had a night tour of the city then the dinner and music. The dinner was delicious. We both enjoyed the music and passionate singing.

Our guide, Maria, picked us up from our hotel to drive us to the Fado dinner show. Enroute she pointed out the highlights of Porto. When we arrived the venue, Maria made sure we were settled in the restaurant. The restaurant provided a lovely and delicious three course meal while listening to traditional Fado music. The musicians & singers were truly magnificent!

Excellent driver/guide, who went the extra mile to show us the best of Porto. Dinner was disappointing, the service was poor, they forgot about our main course order and were rude when we asked about what was going on. Food was OK. The singing was OK, one of the singers sounded more professional than the other. The guitarists were very good.

Sorry but this was a Bust (with a capital B). We signed up for 7PM, so anticipated pick up before then, however we became suspicious when we were told we would get picked up at 7:40PM. Come to find out the show started at 9PM and we drove around (pure daylight) until 8:30PM. We were with a group of six and were seated separately, which is fine, except we were seated behind a concrete pillar that completely obstructed my friends view. It wouldn't have been so bad but there were closer tables that were vacant. The table of six, ordered food and drinks, and got their drinks before someone ever attended to us. The food and singers were mediocre, at best, and the performance didn't end until after 11PM. When home I proceeded to get sick within 2 hours. Very disappointing evening to say the least. Would not recommend.

We booked and were confirmed. Then the day of the reservation we were cancelled because the venue could not accept us. Seems to me that Viator should be sure we were accepted before confirming with us. Eye disappointed with the entire process. Hopefully we get our money back. We did our job, Viator did not.

Sara, our guide was a delight. She pointed out some very helpful locations and things to which helped to informed our self directed activities the following day. The Fado show was everything we hoped. Portuguese guitar is beautiful and the singers were truly engaged yo the point that we felt the emotion without understanding the lyrics. The food was typical Portuguese and delicious.

The best way to spend a night in Porto! Our tour guide, Maria, was incredibly knowledgeable and she took us on a fantastic tour prior to dinner. We saw so many great historic points but I think our favorite was seeing where the river meets the sea. Maria explained how the locals gather in a plaza on the banks of the water and enjoy their beverage of choice to watch the sunset. The Fado show and dinner was phenomenal! The location felt intimate and we felt like we were transported in time. The food was delicious and the Fado show itself was a delight! To hear authentic Portuguese music, beautifully performed, was truly wonderful. It definitely made for a romantic night out!

The title of this tour is deceptive. Not only were we treated to some wonderful Portuegese Fado music throughout the evening, with several courses of authentic local food and drink, but prior to arrival at the restaurant we had a very nice city tour including sights on both sides of the Tagus river. Our guide was excellent and a wealth of information regarding Lisbon.

Great fado music , good food , but the price is to high for the dinner you get. The place itself is very cosy.

The Best Part of the trip was our guide Rodrigo, very friendly, well mannered and knowledgable. He gave us nice ride to see city night panorama. As well performance of Fado music have bern beautiful and really good . Although wine was ok and one of the girls serving in the restaurant have been very nice and friendly, main waitress and the food was disappointment. I had very very bad cod dish, that was not eat able and not chewable at all, after I relate that to the waitress she took my plate and stated that she will pass massage to the chef. I haven't been offer anything as replacement!?? So in paying 65 euros dinner I enjoyed fado performance had a glass of vine and have eaten some bread with a dip and olives.

My sister(my best friend) and me were collected at our hotel by Marco, an amicable employee of Cooltour. The little tour around Porto at night paired with the funny stories and the little language course of Marco made us sure that we would have a wonderful night in Porto. When we entered the restaurant, we were welcomed by very kind people. As they knew from my food intolerances, they did everything to make sure I could still enjoy the time there. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask their names, but I want to thank the waiters for their effort again. Especially the tall one, who really bothered about me. Thank you so much! After eating the most delicious salmon in my life, the Fado began with the lovely voice of Patricia Costa. I fell in love with her voice and bought her CD immediately when it was offered to us :) Even though I understood the text in snatches, I was close to tears 3 times that evening! Fado is all about feeling. No matter if it's about love, hate, solitude or hope. It was my first contact with Fado and will definitely not be the last. Thank you so much for having us, O Fado! We booked without knowing what to expect and were pleasantly surprised. The fact of picking us up at our address and showing us around corners further from the center like the seaside was very appreciated. Our driver and guide Andreas was very attentive and pleasant. Transportation , meals and fado were all very good.

We have contracted this departure with Cooltour Porto and it has been extremely satisfactory. Firstly because the fado show was very good, but secondly so was the dinner, which usually in these cases is not. All this complemented by hotel pickup and return door to door, with an explanatory walk through the city by the friendly Luis. Everything excellent!!!
