We were promptly picked up at our hotel in the morning, headed for a special tour of the Duoro Valley, stopped for photo opportunities at perfect picturesque spots along the way. We had a wonderful and adventurous day with Antonio. He took us on dirt roads through the vineyards, off the beaten path. Beautiful views and great information about the region. The boat tour was beautiful and very relaxing. The vineyard, tasting, lunch and tour with Huberto was outstanding. Great day in the Douro Valley!

We visited three wineries, took a boat trip in Pinhao, and had an amazing lunch. We know so much more about the area now and cant wait to come back! This experience was the best for getting a full taste of everything the Douro Valley has to offer!

We booked this private tour through our hotel concierge-it far exceeded our expectations! Antonio was the most wonderful guide for the day. He customized our tour, took great care to make sure we didn’t get any car sickness on the winding roads, and even added an extra stop at the end for dinner close to our hotel. He’s very knowledgeable, friendly, and knows everyone and everywhere. Would definitely book again! Even gave us recs in different cities. The best way to see the Douro!

Antonio was the absolute best! He picked us up at our hotel & was very understanding even though we’d overslept from jet lag. He’s engaging, knowledgeable, and just made the whole day so much fun! We did a one-hour boat ride and learned about the vineyards, olive oil, cork, and local history, then had a fantastic wine tasting and 3-course lunch at Bucheiro, an 8th generation farm. At the next winery he called ahead and got us a special tasting including a 140-year-old port wine straight from the barrel. But the real highlight came on the drive back — we mentioned we love Vinho Verde, and Antonio went above and beyond, taking us to Douro LAVANDEIRA Nature and Wellness where we explored the gorgeous ground and tasted 3 of their delicious wines. Antonio genuinely went out of his way to make our trip special. Can’t recommend him enough — book with Antonio!!!!

My husband and I enjoyed a day exploring the Douro Valley by boat and a luxury 4 wheel drive car. It was a beautiful day! Our guide was extremely accommodating, very friendly and informative. We visited a winery and learned much about the history of wine making as well as current day techniques.

Amazing day with Antonio! From Porto to Douro with delicious lunch, local tasting and refreshing wine… every stop was breathtaking! I felt like I was in a fairytale with such gorgeous views! António was excellent and very knowledgeable, he made my trip seamless 😊

Our guide Ricardo was amazing, he took us to amazing places. Recommend the boat trip, perfect ending of the day. The winery we went to is family owned. We met the grandfather and grandson, very nice people.

My husband and I spent a wonderful day with Carlos touring the Duoro Valley and despite the rain we had a great time. The tour started with a pleasant boat ride. We then had a fabulous lunch including tasting a variety of wines at a local winery followed by an amazing tour of this winery that has been in the family for 8 generations. After the tour Carlos put the jeep in 4 x 4 and took us down this windy road through the vineyards. We then passed on the last tasting only because we were still stuff from lunch. Carlos was very knowledgeable and spoke excellent english. Overall a great day.
