This hotel should be a "2 star HOtel," Not a"4 Star Hotel." Not a comfortable stay. Worst sleep I ever had in this hotel room Hotel self-check in was the worst. The machine was not scanning our information. Waste us 20 mins to procuress our scanning, but at the end the machine informs us to go to front desk to get our 2 keys. The front desk is small and only 1 worker and other workers just randomly thing stuffs in the background. We waited 15 mins to finally speak with the front desk. she asks and processes our paperwork like the machine did instead our effort with the self check in . Plus, only gave us 1 key instead of 2 keys. The front desk didn't sense our concern about the machine and waiting time we waste on checking in. The front desk just processes like a Ai instead of a human. So tired.. Elevator was so small, only fit 4 people. 5 people is no space to move. Room look great but the lighting was lacking. The room was dark, not sure why it needs to be dark. The bathroom and shower have no air vent, it's hard to breathe. Plus, the shower door was terrible, the water was leaking out from the door. I have to use 3 towels to wipe the floor somewhat dry. The refrigerator was so small, i couldn't even fit much. The whole time I didn't know the refrigerator was working or not cause it wasn't cold to cool my drinks as the normal refrigerator. Worst Part of the stay---My bed, 2 pillows and my heavy blanket made my family, and I sweating the whole night sleeping. The air-conditioned was in auto setup. I couldn't even changing it into cold or cooler. The only thing I could do was crack the window open to sleep. The worst part was the sea bird was singing all night long. Also, if they tell you about discount on hotel food and drinks for not having your room clean. Do not fall for it. They lie. I don't think I will return to this hotel again.

First time in Porto, loved this hotel, very conveniently located, with a metro just across the road. Check in was quick and seamless. The hotel is so clean and very trendy. Rooms are perfect for a short city break. Food is good, fresh bottles of water in the room daily. The only thing I don’t agree with is having to pay for parking at the hotel….. why do hotels do this.
I had a fantastic experience staying at YOTEL Porto. The room was modern, comfortable, and the highlight was the incredible panoramic view of Porto, absolutely stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. A special thank you to Samara and Nonu, who made the stay even more memorable. Their hospitality, friendliness, and attention to detail really stood out. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, which truly made a difference. The hotel itself is stylish, well-located, and offers a great overall vibe. I would highly recommend YOTEL Porto to anyone visiting the city and would definitely stay here again!

Hotel at great location near the metro. Friendly staff at the reception desk. Funky room with strange setup. I had a view room but 5th floor doesn't really offer a view. Breakfast was good enough and nothing was missing. I would give much better review but noise insulation is at poor level. You can clearly hear all the cars in the below road and all door slams. This makes it hard to sleep what is a main purpose to stay in a hotel.

The rooms here are great! High-tech, with charging ports in the bed RGB-customizable ambient lighting, digital thermostat and TV with Chromecast. You also have an iron and an ironing board, hair dryer, lamp with wireless charging and a rain shower. The features are really impressive while its positioning is wonderful, according to my needs.
