Vincci Bonjardim

Only just arrived this morning at 8am but already feel like home. I got a early checkin and room upgrade without asking (booked on their website) Its central, quiet, beautiful decorated and everyone is so nice. Shower is great pressure and all is super clean. Tip Top! Now having lunch on Roof top Bar Restaurant. Looking forward to discover more ;)

My sister and I loved our stay here! The rooms were modern, clean and aesthetic and they have a wonderful rooftop bar and pool. The location is fantastic too. The staff at this hotel are the friendliest staff I have ever come across. They were so helpful and hospitable throughout our whole stay- they really do go above and beyond and made our stay special. I would definitely stay at this hotel again the next time I am in Porto.

The staff were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is fresh, clean, modern and allows for a very relaxed and welcoming environment. The bedrooms were very comfy, and the added touch of having different pillow options was a bonus. The roof-top terrace has great views of the city, and also benefits from a lovely pool. The location is right next to the main Metro station: Trinidade, but also a short walk to the main touristic sites and shopping streets. The breakfast is delicious, with plenty of fresh and healthy options available. Highly recommend staying here!

We recently stayed at the Vincci Bonjardim for a week and it was wonderful. The place is definitely unassuming from the outside, but once we got checked in and settled, we started to realize how nice it is. The room was a decent size for a European city and the bed was comfortable. The ONLY complaint about the room is that there were not any drawers to put anything in, so our clothes were just in piles on top of every surface. It's centrally located, close to lots of things including Trindade Metro station, but in spite of that it is VERY quiet. We are light sleepers and had no problems with noise. All the main touristy stuff is within easy walking distance, although going down the hill to the river is much easier than coming back up. (If you walk down the hill and can't stand the thought of walking back up, Ubers are cheap and plentiful, and the Metro is another option.) Breakfast was very nice. Not a lot of variety from day to day, but there is a good selection and the food was fresh. The breakfast area is pleasant, though it can get a little hectic if there happens to be a tour group in there when you arrive. Most of all, the service was very good. I want to highlight the wonderful Catarina, who checked us in and took care of us all week. We have stayed at a lot of hotels around the world, including some very fancy ones, and I can't remember ever encountering a hotel employee as kind, hardworking, helpful, and lovely as Catarina. She did everything she could to make sure our stay was perfect and always had a big smile and greeting for us when we returned from an outing. Obrigado, Catarina!
