Beautiful hotel, wonderful service, food exceptional (amazing breakfast and dinner), staff very friendly, helpful and reactive, clean and large room… gym and swimming/spa excellent too. Fantastic stay… will definitely come back. Highly recommended. *Just impossible to get an iron so bring your own.
We are staying currently at this great hotel, Well situated walkable to anywhere you want to go Rooms are clean staffs are great, and the breakfast it is just one word awesome and people working there absolutely great What a fantastic way to start your vacation with your family😊
Stayed here for few days /nights and could not speak more highly of the staff ..from the time we checked in to our departure..nothing but praise for the staff at breakfast who were always helpful to the staff at the pool and big shout out to Lucas who is excellent at running the bar to the servers in the restaurant and especially to Sónia who was fantastic at her job ..Thank you all
Rooms ok, not gadgets at all. Only soap and shampo, and 1 water. The entered my room while the no. Disturb sign was on, I was told they would speak to the manager but I never got a feedback. Gym very small with barely non elements. Not a very nice area. >1 mile to center
Really Great Hotel. Staff in reception, breakfast room, spa and also the room cleaners were extremely friendly and helpful. From recomending good spots in the city for specific traditional dishes, to reccomending the wines that we made sure to buy at reception. Really good experience. The spa and swimming pool area on the 19th floor are Amazing, kids were really happy especially with the views.
