Stunning hotel in a beautiful square. We had a view overlooking the square, including the impressive National Theatre. Friendly, obliging staff. Fabulous rooms. Would go back in a heartbeat!

What a wonderful hotel, just perfect. The staff especially Pedro were just great and so very helpful at all times. We had room 310 with a view of the square. We were in the hotel for three nights bed and breakfast. The hotel is super clean, we had a super king bed, the bathroom had a bath and a fabulous shower, we had a bide and the bathroom was very spacious as was the bedroom. We had a safe and a mini bar and a free bottle of water everyday. The breakfast was wonderful there was everything you could wish for, all very fresh. We would go back in a flash.

Recent stay at this lovely hotel. Great location overlooking the square, so plenty of people watching. We did have a superior room with balcony. Friendly helpful staff. Unlike their hotel in Lisbon, this was a good 4 star. Restaurant, bar and on site pool.

We really enjoyed our stay at the NH Collection Porto. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always happy to help, and the rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. The location is excellent—just a 3-minute walk to Porto Cathedral, surrounded by great restaurants, and about a 15-minute walk to the waterfront along the Douro River. It made exploring the city very easy on foot. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. A solid 4 out of 5 stars.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and was genuinely impressed by the level of hospitality throughout my visit. I was kindly upgraded to a room with a beautiful view, which made the experience even more special. On both nights, I returned to find a complimentary bottle of white wine in my room, along with delicious pastries and sweets — such a thoughtful touch that really stood out. A special thank you to Filipa and Alice, who were incredibly helpful and welcoming during my stay. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made all the difference and ensured everything was perfect from start to finish. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and a memorable experience.
