Great location, very clean and stylish, very helpful and friendly host Marta. You can leave your baggage there and it is very flexible. Ideal if you have an event in the alfadenga conference center. Beautiful view over the river.

The hotel was very beautiful and very, very clean everywhere without exception ! Everywhere there was a pleasant smell of cleanliness as well. Maria, the manager, was awesome. She gave us a map of the town with all the best places to see already marked on it and recommended local restaurants. She was very sweet, organized, and helpful. We highly recommend this place! Very clean, beautiful view on the river, cleaner lady keep coming each day in the room and clean and change bed linen. You have coffee and bottled water in room, iron with ironing board what is very handy for business people and there is also professional hair dryer. Location is great, 15-minute walk along the river to the city center.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Marta is absolutely amazing! She is super kind and made the whole check-in process smooth and easy. She explained everything in detail — how to use the doors, local travel tips, and even gave us the best restaurant recommendations. It’s our first time visiting Porto, and thanks to her, we felt so welcomed and comfortable right from the start. This hotel is adults-only, and while there’s no elevator for guests, there is a lift for luggage, which is super convenient. The location is perfect — just steps away from the Douro River, and honestly, the best value you can find near the river! When we opened our room door, we were blown away — the view of the river is breathtaking! Marta even upgraded our room, and it has one of the most incredible views we’ve ever seen. Truly unforgettable!
