Absolutely wonderful guesthouse! Next time I’m in Porto I would stay here again. It’s very beautiful and the staff was amazing. They were so friendly and they went out of their way to help us fix the flat tire of our stroller. Thank you so much!!

A fab hotel in such a great location! A really friendly welcome, beautiful room and it's really close to great restaurants and bars. Only thing that could make it even better was the breakfast selection as the options just weren't for me.
We absolutely loved our stay at Menina Colina Guesthouse and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The guesthouse is located a little outside the main tourist areas, which we actually appreciated. It felt more residential and gave us a chance to experience a different side of Porto. Although it's directly across from the hospital, we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was—we rarely noticed any sirens or hospital-related noise. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Breakfast each morning was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. One thing I especially appreciated was that the team communicated through WhatsApp. It seems like such a simple thing, but it made communication so much easier than at any of the other hotels we stayed at during our trip. The guesthouse itself is in the main building, but we stayed in the Garden House located behind it. It was quiet, beautiful, and felt like a private retreat in the middle of the city. The photos honestly don't do it justice—the space is much larger than it appears online, and we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Having a fridge, stove, and dishwasher made it feel more like a home than a hotel room. We also made a mistake with our reservation and forgot to book an additional night. The staff was incredibly helpful and worked with us to extend our stay without any hassle. Between the peaceful Garden House, outstanding breakfast, excellent communication, and genuinely warm service, this was one of our favorite places we stayed during our trip to Portugal. I can't say enough good things about it.
Lovely boutique hotel in a charming heritage building. Hotel is just a stone-throw away from the bustling Ribeira district and downtown but in a very peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. SO Coffee around the corner is a nice bonus for coffee lovers. Staff were the most friendly and approachable people we met on our trip across Europe. We arrived late after reception had officially closed but Filipe who was just about to leave stuck around to help us settle in and even helped us up the stairs with our luggage. Basic rooms were more than adequate and spotless.
I really enjoyed my stay here in Porto! I stayed before and after my camino, the staff were lovely, the breakfast tasty and the rooms very charming! A boutique hotel in an lovely old building, 10 minutes walk from the city, lots of investment and modernisation throughout the place, a highly recommended stay!
