We recently stayed 3 nights at the moon & Sun Porto. Highly recommend the staff were amazing, location, rooms, cleanliness & Brekky. We had a large group of 29 and even check in was handled professionally and in a timely manner. Highly recommend 😊
The accommodations were very nice. The breakfast and afternoon snacks were a very nice touch. One of our favorite pets was the bar and especially the bartender, Nikita. We spent each evening of our stay at the bar as he was entertaining and very good at making cocktails.
One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! The location was perfect, and the breakfast food and staff were outstanding. The team made our honeymoon extra special by congratulating us and making us feel truly welcome. The front desk staff were exceptional and always helpful with anything we needed. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for couples. I can't wait to return to Porto and stay at Moon & Sun again! 😊
Had the great pleasure staying in this hotel. The room was quite spacious and had all the features for a comfortable stay.The staff was welcoming and friendly. Besides, the location was at the heart of Porto; it's a 5 to 10 minutes' walk to all the major locations in the city.
This is a fine hotel for a fair price. The basic rooms are small but that is to be expected. Good location in Porto. Comfortable beds and the breakfast was quite good in my opinion. The staff are helpful and nice. The 3 things I wish I could change are: 1. The rooftop was not open, even though there was a sign on the door saying it should be open 16-22:00 every day. This was one of the main reasons for me booking the hotel so this was disappointing. 2. There was no temperature control in the rooms and we were quite warm. We opened the window so it was fine. Ugly view out the window onto a roof of another building. 3. There is not a nice common area to sit. The bar area is very small and uninspiring. This is common in boutique hotels in Europe but I think I was a bit thrown off by the photos online and expected more of a common area in the lobby.
