Gran Cruz House

We arrived for our stay with the windows open, the A/C off, and a fan in the room. We turned on the A/C and closed the windows upon arrival but the temperature in the room never got below 81 degrees Fahrenheit or 27 degrees Celsius. We complained to the front desk, and we were offered a second fan. Considering the price, save your money and stay elsewhere.

We had a lovely stay!! Beautiful hotel, amazing view, close to everything and the restaurant was delicious!! Staff is fantastic!

Loved everything about this hotel. Could not ask for a better location as you are fairly central to food, entertainment, attractions, etc. Waking up basically on the river is a dream! And the best part, the staff are the kindest and most helpful. They were all so accomodating, will easily come back next time I am in Porto!

Wonderful Porto Experience Our stay at Gran Cruz House was truly exceptional. The hotel is perfectly located, making it easy to explore the beauty of Porto. The rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Breakfast was served à la carte and offered a great variety of delicious options each day. What truly made our stay special, however, was the outstanding service. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. A special thank you to Antonio at the front desk, who provided excellent restaurant recommendations and helpful directions, and to Noemi in the restaurant, who made us feel right at home with her cheerful and caring service. We are so grateful for their kindness and attention. Although we didn’t have the chance to interact much with the other team members, everyone we encountered was courteous and professional.
