The location of this accommodation is excellent. You have absolutely everything nearby, and the river is just a 10–15 minute walk away, making it very convenient for getting around and enjoying the area. The rooms are very nice: everything is impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It's clear that attention to detail is evident, and they strive to make your stay pleasant. However, there is one important point to consider: the noise. Being on a main street, you can hear the traffic quite a bit, and the windows don't provide good sound insulation. In addition, there's a pastry shop on the ground floor that generates a lot of noise during the day. We mentioned this to the owners, and they said they couldn't do anything about it, which is a bit strange considering it's all part of the same building. Overall, it's a very good option for its location and comfort, but if you're sensitive to noise or looking for complete silence, it might not be the best choice.

The hotel is located at the prominent area near every major attractions 🙏 Many thanks for the kindness of the staff to allow early check-in for us to match with the flight schedule🙏 The means of key collection is easy. Communication with the staff by whatsapps is efficient 🙏 One point to highight is the apartment is located at 2nd floor without elevator but which is not my concern. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Love it and highly recommended for travellers🙏

The location is great, the space very clean and well prepared. The staff were very welcoming and helpful when needed. The downside was the shower, that kept running out of hot water (even in like 7 minutes showers). The water was always leaking from the shower and wetting the floor.

This place is 4.5/5 in reality, but I'll round to 5. Pros: - Very close to most things you would want to see in Porto - Modern amenities. Everything in apt. 1 was fully functional and in working condition - Close to food (Bakery right under ensures whole place smells amazing) and convenience stores - Quiet(ish) street compared to others - Comfy bed and AC works great - Management is very responsive -Actual unit is great! Comes with stove, microwave oven, washing machine, coffee maker, and water kettle Cons: - Shower door sucks. It doesn't form a full seal so water will leak out if you shower the way everything is oriented. Shower facing one of the walls or glass side to avoid - Windows face the street and other apts. This is typical so make sure you close the curtains before doing anything you don't want others to see - Front door can be difficult for some. You sometimes have to give it a hard shove to open but for the most part it's fine
