Casa Dos Loios By Shiadu

A lovely hotel in the heart of Porto’s historic centre, with very friendly and attentive staff. Our room was beautifully decorated and had a small terrace overlooking the rooftops of the old town, with views of the Clérigos Tower. Although we really enjoyed our stay, we found the room a little small for our liking.

We loved our stay in Porto at Hotel Casa dos Lóios by Shiadu. The room was clean and well equipped, and the staff were kind and very helpful. The hotel is in a great spot for enjoying Porto nightlife, and we adored the decor and the way the old building has been thoughtfully used. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of options to suit all preferences. After a disappointing Airbnb experience we could not have landed in a better place. We will happily recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Porto.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa dos Lóios. The location is ideal with a short walk to the old town, the river and convenient transport links. The facilities and food selection were excellent, and our room was simple, clean and surprisingly quiet even though the hotel is in a busy area. We arrived after 11 pm and the reception was closed, but the self check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. It was also great to be able to leave our luggage at the hotel reception after checkout so we could enjoy the city before our evening flight. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again when we return to Porto.

What a lovely place to stay in the heart of Porto’s historic district! The location couldn’t be better—so close to everything we wanted to visit and within easy reach of the metro and São Bento train station. Our room was a comfortable size, and mornings were a treat thanks to a varied and abundant breakfast selection. A delightful stay all around—I would love to visit again!
