All went good at the hotel. Rooms are nice and spacious. Room furniture is good. Breakfast is great and many options to eat. It would be better to provide complementary drinking water in the room. One thing that can improve is the English language proficiency for the hotel staff. I had to face some challenges with language during my stay.
I've booked 3 rooms for me and parents, the air conditioning is not working properly. No blackout curtain and toilet leaking water (room 306) in the room 304 the air conditioning isn't working too. Also the TVs are too old and very low quality for all rooms booked. Breakfast very nice as well the staff.
It's an okay hotel, just. Neighborhood is safe. Rooms are okay. Hotel does not have laundry facilities, which is inexcusable! Breakfast is very good.
Somehow renewed rooms, but be prepared for paper thin towels and dirty shower. The pool/gym/sauna is definitively closed and Accor is never mentioning that during the reservation. Very poor customer service from checkin to checkout.
The hotel is in a good location with easy access to most of the city areas. Morning breakfast is tasty with variety of food and fresh juices. In the hotel you can use sauna, gym or swimming pool for free. Rooms (which are rather apartments because of the size) could be renovated, however nothing special in mine to complain. The reception personnel is extremely helpful. I really appreciate their work and willingness to find solution in any situation.
