The service was great, communication from the receptionists and staff was transparent, will love to visit again. The quality of the food was immaculate 10/10 on the lovely chefs. Camille was very polite, soft spoken and made my stay more comfortable. Crystal did a great job on replenishing the buffet. Antonia was really pleasant to deal with when it came to room service. Natasha did a great job as the hostest/ cashier. I would also like to commend Melissa at front desk for her communication skills, kindness and overall work ethic, she's a wonderful receptionist, service 10/10

Our stay at the Radisson Trinidad was absolutely a dream vacation. My Mom and I were blown away by the stunning views from the South Tower, and we thoroughly enjoyed the lavish buffet breakfast each morning. Our room was immaculately clean, with pristine sheets, beautiful furniture, elegant lamps, and serene paintings that added such peaceful, thoughtful touches to the space. We also really appreciated having a kitchenette and laundry appliances in the room—it made our stay feel so convenient and comfortable. The hospitality from various persons was outstanding (especially from Mr. Jerome Sagar, Camille at the dining area, room personel - Avanelle, Maurice, Stephanie). The General Manager (Mr. Christopher Forbes) and Front Desk (Ms. Giselle Somerszaul) Managers were exceptionally welcoming, and even the security staff (Mr. Peran, Anthony & Christine) were remarkably warm, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Thank you as well to Mr. Ashmeed's kindness (Food & Beverage Manager). The poolside was beautifully maintained, and we absolutely loved the beautiful island music that played daily—it set the perfect Caribbean vibe for lazy afternoons in the sun. Surrounding us were gorgeous palm trees and lush, well-manicured gardens that made every stroll around the property feel like walking through a tropical paradise. The July–August packages are so affordable, which made this dream getaway even more accessible. It was truly magical to watch the sunset from our room and balcony each evening, and waking up to the gentle sound of birds singing by the palm trees was the most peaceful way to start every day. We left feeling completely refreshed and truly grateful. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we're already dreaming of coming back. Highly recommended! My experience was exceptional. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The dining room staff understood customer service and delivered exceptionally well. There are some staff from dining room that stood out like Antonia, Camille, Kevin and Susan. Hospesha, who is under the housekeeping department , was assigned to my room and she did an exceptional job. She took pride in her job and paid attention to every detail to ensure the space was clean and comfortable. These persons listed above displayed attention to detail and were very accommodating. Overall the experience at this hotel gave an international experience in a local setting.
