Booking was very easy and the communication was on point. Feroz turned up at the hotel early and the car was immaculately clean and smelled nice. Feroz's knowledge of every area was extensive, he was very gentle and kind and looked after me really well, he even took some photos for me so that I could be in them. He catered to what I wanted out of the journey as I needed extra time to go ziplining at Valle Park. Due to delays because of large groups I ended up being late coming out of the park but Feroz waited for me patiently and was completely understanding. Unfortunately I had a bad fall and my knee was bleeding everywhere, I said we could just go back to the hotel because I was so late but he insisted that I get medical attention so we were even later. I felt so well looked after and I could not recommend this service enough.

Take a picnic to save time. Lots of beauty spots to have a picnic. Maybe take a waterproof coat, as rain could occur at any moment. Victor our guide was friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He drove carefully and was on time. Ridwaan who organised the tour had great communication with us. The tour was very varied, Hindu temples, nature parks and waterfalls, volcano and adventure parks. A lovely day

Good tour, we highly recommend. Our driver was very knowledgeable about the local area and took us to several different locations and was able to explain about it's history. We knocked one star off as really wanted to swim in some waterfalls but didn't get to.

It was a nice private tour in the south. Went to different places. You can decide how much time you want to spent on every place.

Had Feroz as a tour guide. Very very good. Was waiting when we got off the cruise ship. Saw everything we wanted. Never hurried us. Told us a lot of information. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

It provides a full day of touring to many of the best spots. Our driver/guide Swaraj was a perfect gentleman excellent driver and obviously loved showing visitors around his island.

Having never been to Mauritius before we wanted to see a little of the island. The tour Ridwaan took us on of the south was fantastic. Along the way he gave us so much information regarding the history of the island as well as the places we were visiting. He allowed us time to see each place, took photos of us and stopped at the side of the road to allow us to taste some sugar cane juice which was delicious. If we had had more time in Mauritius we would certainly have done the tour of the north too. Ridwaan was a very polite young man and a very careful driver.

An excellent tour with the Palm Taxi Service. Our guide Feroz was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable and provided a wealth of information about local culture and traditions. The vehicle was new and very comfortable.

This was a wonderful trip and our driver was very knowledgeable. He offered us the flexibility of what we wanted to get out of the day and planned all sightseeing . The temple particularly was lovely and we stopped at a lovely restaurant for a traditional and reasonably priced meal. Highly recommend.

Definitely recommend it!! Our driver and guide, Feroz, was amazing. Very knowledgeable, kind and patient. Everything went very smoothly and he took us to see breathtaking views of the Island.

I was kept informed by Whatsapp message where and what time to meet my driver. The driver (Bilal) was there ahead of our meeting time so we were able to leave earlier than expected. He kept our plan flexible as rain was expected later in the day, so we were able to see some of the viewpoints in the morning while the weather was still good. The road to the viewpoint was closed later in the day due to the rain. Bilal told me lots of information about the island & it's history and the areas we passed through and he pointed out places of interest. We stopped to take pictures as we went along. We had an hour and a half at La Vallee de Coleurs Nature Park so I was able to do my own thing and there was plenty of choice in things to do - walking, ziplining, quadbiking. Bilal was easy to talk to and encouraged me to ask questions. We went to a local restaurant for an amazing lunch. Bilal was prepared for the heavy rain as he had umbrellas in the car. The traffic was light as it was a public holiday so we had time to drive around Port Louis and he stopped so I could take pictures of the Hindu temple and other sights. We made it back to the port in plenty of time. Would definitely recommend the tour.

Cannot recommend this tour highly enough. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and went at the perfect pace. We covered all of the major places to see and the experience was customized to my interests. Perfect day in Mauritius!

Me and my girlfriend had an absolutely lovely time on this tour. Our driver Akisch was funny, kind and very informative - we saw some beautiful views and took lots of photos, and Akisch also took photos for me and my partner in the mountains and in front of the statues. There was plenty of time to enjoy the view and go at our own pace - the highlight was definitely seeing the monkeys by the Holy Lake. Unfortunately, at our final stop at La Vallée des Couleurs, we had a quad bike accident, but our driver stayed with us the whole time, drove us to the hospital and took my girlfriend in for an X-ray, then drove us back to our hotel and helped us with our bags. The taxi service was excellent and they even contacted the nature park on our behalf about the accident. I can't recommend this tour enough - the wildlife and views are absolutely incredible. When you stop off at La Vallée des Couleurs, my suggestion is do the zipline rather than the quad biking! Thank you so much to our driver Akisch for taking such good care of us xx

Our driver Billal was nice - however he had a touch of a cold. We did not go to the beach as advertised. We enjoyed the Hindu temple and statues. And the view of the West Coast from the viewpoint was superb - the weather cooperated.

We enjoyed the whole experience. Balal our driver was very knowledgible and proud to show us and explain the culture and interesting sites of Mauritius and we would recommend his service including his suggestion for the restaurant we enjoyed our lunch at.

Billal was an excellent guide and driver. He tailored the tour to exactly how much time I wanted to spend at each stop and was very knowledgeable about all of Mauritius.

Terrific day out. The driver, Noorani, arrived promptly at my accommodation. He speaks excellent French and English. He gave me a terrific day tour, tailored to my likes and dislikes, and was a safe and considerate driver. Highly recommended. He answered all my questions about the island, getting around, and all sorts of subjects, and was very helpful throughout, especially when I stupidly managed to lose my Chamarel ticket.

We’ve really enjoyed this tour and we recommend it to everyone. It’s a fair price and the extra costs aren’t that much. The driver was friendly, experienced, and patiently. Also he knew a lot of the island and we could notice that he did his work with a lot of joy!

Ridwaan picked up us at the aiport then took us to a tour of the southern part of the island which was fantastic!, we ask him to take us to a hotel on the other side of the island to drop a suitcase he kindly accepted, the he took us back to the airport hotel, we made a trip to Madagascar for 10 days we returned to Mauritius and he was at the airport to pick up us to take us to our resort (as we agreed)!, we wanted to do a city tour of Port Louis unfortunately he was bussy thar day but send one of his colleagues to take us, which was greate too!!. We HIGHLY recommend him for transfers and tours he was greate!!!

Our tour guide, Ridwaan was very friendly and informative. The tour was just right, not too long and we enjoyed it very much, particularly the Holy Lake.

We came from the United States on holiday and used him the entire trip. He was by far the most attentive, fun, knowledgeable, and professional driver I have used. Not sure what to say as we hit Mauritius just as CV19 did and despite being told otherwise by our Captain, we were unable to dock twice We just managed to communicate with Ridwaan and he adjusted his plans so that if we were able to dock two days later than planned, he would be there to meet us, which was very much appreciated. Unfortunately, by this time, Mauritius had closed their borders to all ships. We let Ridwaan know and even though we did not ask, he organised a full refund for us. Therefore, should we be allowed to travel ever again and eventually get to Mauritius, we will definitely use his service. Great service although not the one we were expecting.

The guide has been excellent and explained many things during the tour, not only related to the tour but also to the politics and history of the island. I give it 4 stars because it led us to a “rum tasting” that commented that it was free and neither was it tasting nor was it free, it was a full-fledged tourist. They only let us try a minimum sip of 2 types of rum and the manager put a lot of pressure on us to buy something (it was all quite expensive). We out of shame bought something and she was upset to see that it was not a good scam she had done. At the airport we found the same rum at half price, so that rum place is a scam and they should not take tourists there.
