I really liked this hotel. The rooms were clean and beds very Comfortable. The staff were helpful and the food delicious. There were a couple of things if you wanted to be picky; the drain in the bathroom must be connected to other rooms as it was noisy when some one was having a shower in another room. The light above the mirror I could not for the life of me turn off. There was a sign indicating there was a button but I could not find it. I just through a towel over the light. The buffet was good and dinner was delicious.

Great hotel, very convenient and close to Plitvice lakes park entrance. We were there for one night only, would have been nice to stay longer. Had a wonderful dinner, with exceptional recommendations by Philip, who recommended food and drink choices (including Teranino) for us that were excellent! Philip knows what is great customer experience, made our evening memorable, thank you!
We ordered room Service 1 Cesar salad that was missing Cesar dressing and 6 croquets. They took 1h and 30 minutes to deliver. The room service lucks service. There was nothing else around the area except order at the hotel. They should improve the service by 100%
The floor where our room was located was under construction. As a result, we had to endure the sound of drilling, hammering, and workers talking throughout the entire afternoon. I informed the receptionist, who did not even apologize for the situation or offer us any solution. The hallway and the access to the elevator were also dirty for the same reason. They should have contacted us in advance to inform us about the situation. Another detail: the bed sheets are old and have pilling. These are unacceptable conditions for a 4-star hotel that is not inexpensive.
High time to refurbish this place. Room with balcony but the door is broken and can’t be opened. Lift does not work (was not fixed during our 1 night stay) - had to carry luggage to the third floor. Heard some guests complaining about something leaking from the ceiling. Heard waitress swearing „blyad“ as she was preparing espresso for someone. Also, there were 2 full buses of Chinese tourists parking outside - also a sign of where this property is in terms of its lifecycle … Plenty of other hotel options around.
